Just by walking in the door you will see the difference. You are met with a smile and a positive, friendly attitude. We believe in making our patients feel at home by offering a comfortable environment with state of the art equipment. Our success has been built on the expertise of our physical therapists and heard by the kind words our patients share throughout our community.
I love going to therapy because of the family environment the staff gives to their patients. The staff always brightens my day no matter what is going on! My neck pain was limiting all aspects of my life. Thanks to Ponchatoula Therapy, I have returned to the gym and I am able to tolerate my normal activities of daily living.

Services
We are an independently owned and operated outpatient therapy clinic. We opened in downtown Ponchatoula in 2011 to provide outpatient therapy services to our local community. We have recently added another location in Livingston. Our success has been applauded by the members of the community with their kind words and referrals of friends and family.
As a practice committed to helping patients be pain-free, we are always accepting resumes from those therapy and administrative staff who pride themselves on accepting new challenges and who have a strong desire to help others. We only accept staff into our practice who have the drive, passion, and enthusiasm for helping the patients we serve.
By the time people seek treatment for their neck pain and headaches, it's not because of the occasional twinge, but rather for problems that have lasted several months. Common complaints include migraines and tension headaches, not being able to turn one's head fully, all-over neck soreness, stabbing pain localized to one spot on the neck, or pain that radiates as far down as the fingertips.
If you have pain in shoulder, it can be the result of many causes. However, the common causes of it are an injury of the rotator cuff or soreness of the subacromial bursa. This is a sac of fluid under the high part of the shoulder. Other causes of shoulder pain include bony abnormalities, injuries, osteoarthritis and thickening of the ligaments in the shoulder area.
Because your hands and arms are so interconnected, a task or injury that involves one part, such as your lower arm, can end up causing everything from finger numbness to elbow pain. Typing, writing and jobs that require repetitive lifting continue to be a threat for developing the condition known as Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS).
