After putting gas at one of the local stations my car lost all power and couldn’t be moved except by a tow truck. This place was the only one available in the area with good reviews, I decided to give it a try. We dropped the car and went home. They were busy and told me that the car would not be repaired until almost a week after. Three days later I’m getting a call about what was wrong with the car.
The team kept me posted on the issue and asked me to check twice on their progress. After pulling about 6-7 gallons of water the car was functional and ready to go home.

The people are nice and all but my vehicle kept getting pushed back and when i would call they would say we can get it in id get a toe lined up call back and nope and then when i told them what my vehicle was doing they refused to service it and all that was wrong was a dead battery and it needed a starter.

Finished my car pretty quickly so that was good, was a bit pricey according to the receipt the part they put on my car cost quite a bit higher than I see them going for sale at and after that they still made about $100 an hour off me just in labor. Kind of surprised they didnt say anything about a large hole in my frame that I knew was right in their view once they got to replacing the part... Kinda wonder if they would have said anything if it worth it to put money into my car, a good mechanic will let you know these kind of things
