About Bassett's Report

The Bassett family has been in the Cedar Springs area since the 1950s. Starting with a full-service gas station - Jeff and Deb Bassett started their towing business in 1983. Two years later they then moved to their current location and started a full-service towing/auto repair business in 1985. Our goals are to provide the best service we can for our customers, to listen to their needs and concerns for their vehicles.

I had them install my wheel bearing and they didn't tighten down my wheel all the way! My tire ended up falling off, broke the studs! So instead of helping to make it better,all they said was "sorry"!! I am very lucky to be alive!! I would not recommend this place to anyone!!

I was trying to get to work at 6am on a snowy morning and unfortunately I went into the ditch. We called for their towing and he was there less than 20 min!! Amazing job and he really knew what he was doing! Such a friendly guy, definitely would recommend!

Great service, towing and repair. I was able to have my car towed in the afternoon and my immediate problem repaired the next day. I also received a clear bill and a couple more issues I would need fixed in the near future. I'd definitely have service done there again and recommend them.
