I found this office on Google when my husband was i acute pain, I hesitated calling because I know how busy healthcare is, and just thinking it’s the holidays, and from my experience working in the healthcare, I know there are not many specialists or doctor’s offices that would be able to accommodate a new patient for same day emergency appointment, let alone at 4:00PM on a Wednesday afternoon. I have never been to the chiropractor before but a friend from work recommended Kirkman chiropractic when I mentioned that I was having bad lower back pain. Her husband has gone before and loved the office and how well they did so I figured I would give it a try. I was originally at sterling on Alhambra drive for an auto accident but my second day there they made me do physical therapy like actual exercises, I left feeling worse everytime but I decided to switch somewhere that will listen and take care of me and this location does just that, they are a lot more welcoming and keep me in the loop with my body as well, I highly recommend. Covid protective as well they check your temperature and mask as mandatory.❤️

I went in for some neck and back pain and met with Dr. Taylor. The intake was great and he was very friendly and explained things well. I was in three times a week for a period of time until my insurance ran out, after that I went on some sort of paid membership discount program which was still $55 a visit and I couldn't afford that three times a week. So he said to just come in every week or every other week. I did so and my pain got worse especially at work. I tried speaking to Dr. Taylor about it few times but he kind of brushed me off, hurriedly did the adjustment and left the room. I

Definitely recommend Kirkman Chiropractic for your back health, nothing to big or to little for them to take care of! From the moment I walked in Yuralis at the front was very helpful! All the staff has been exceptional with my care. Carlos is very personable to each individual and even took the time to remember things that irritate my back pain and avoids those triggers. Can’t forget the doctor himself, Dr. Talo is currently working on my back and has already made adjustments in just the few weeks he has been working on me. Went in with lower back pain due to a pinched nerve and was walked through the entire process. Thanks to Dr.Jacobs I have almost no pain now after 1 week and I’m even working out again. This place is amazing best place on kirkman hands down. Would recommend going here and ask for Dr.Jacobs he’s fast and efficient!

11/30/20 Recommended by Humana for an EMERGENCY back adjustment. Unfortunately they outsource their xrays, and was asked to return for the adjustment, and it was all covered by Humana Medicare. We get there and they expect us to pull $150 out of thin air. We offered them $3 now for the rest of it to be paid on the 3rd but they refused. They made my mother extremely upset almost into a seizure and they looked at us like insane colonizers. Humana said medicare was covered, they said it wasn't.

I hurt my back while working out awhile back. I basically chose this establishment at random and couldn't have landed a better staff.
The chiropractors assessed me and were confident in their abilities to get me back to where I needed to be. After a few weeks of routine check-ups, I was able to get back to the gym and get around much better than I had been.

My husband and I recently visited and I found the staff to be pleasant and very efficient. Exrays were taken and the doctor explained the problem and proceeded to adjust us. The only thing I found confusing is why one person explained the first time payment which, was stated when I first made the appointment and then again the doctor also stated the same thing. Seems like they have communication problem. Anyways the original agreed payment was made and we'll be seeing him on a weekly basis until my insurance no longer pays.

I've been going to Kirkman Chiropractor 110 N Kirkman Rd, Orlando, FL 32811 for 4 weeks now and after 4 weeks there little to no change in my condition. Today January 30, 2019, as I was finishing my treatment one of the Chiropractors told me that I need to stop talking to the patients because some patients didn't want me to talk with them and he told me that I only could talk with the staff. I told him that I was offended by his comments it's not like I am asking anyone about their pain or their condition I like to carry a conversation instead setting in a room without saying anything

I have been coming here on and off for years. The staff is wonderful and helpful. I have had several car accidents and sometimes my neck and back don't act like they should. This is a great office full of friendly and knowledgeable staff. I love that they offer physical therapy and rehab in addition to chiropractic services. Combining massage and strength training with chiropractic care is really a recipe for better healing. Went to Kirkman for several months for lower back pain & sciatica. Kept getting shuffled between docs, but they all did a pretty good job with the adjustments. However, they kept pushing extras - extra visits, extra treatments, $400 shoe inserts, etc. And the office messed up my billing so badly every week that I had to file several complaints. Finally gave up. So A- for the docs because the adjustments worked, but C- for the pushiness and billing messes.

This is a great facility and definitely an awesome staff that is attentive to their clients needs. I've been going to this clinic for 10 years and they've been more than successful in treating my back ailments. Dr. Grossman is one of the best physicians I've ever worked with. Certainly a great environment very successful business. I would recommend this clinic to both family and friends. A+ service.
