Services
Our selection and presentation of Green Plants and Orchids sets us apart from every other similar retailer in Sonoma County. We strive to find the unusual, the durable, the most beautiful of plant specimens. Just as with our flower arrangements, a gift of a plant or orchid needs to reflect well on the sender, and to be appropriate to the situation.
In recent years, the availability of lifelike silk florals has increased dramatically. That availability, coupled with our creative talents to produce custom designs, has led to a resurgence in interest in this genre for the home and office. Most of the work we do in this area is in response to specific requests to produce a silk floral creation with a specific color palette in mind.
Our wedding and special event work is second to none. Distinctive design, personal service, and sensitivity to budget constraints direct this important aspect of our business. An initial consultation, either in our shop or at the event site, begins to set the parameters for the event. Our portfolio of photographs, in combination with the ideas of the client, provides the springboard for the development of a cohesive floral concept for the event.
We at City 205 Flowers are concerned with buying the freshest of flowers used in our flower arrangements. At least once weekly, we shop at the San Francisco Flower Market. We look for the usual 'staple' flowers, but also we search out anything seasonal or unusual that might show up. We also supplement these purchases with direct shipments from California growers and specialty growers from around the world.

Every time I pass by City Flowers on my way to get my hair done, I'm always inspired by the beauty of their arrangements. I decided to give in an buy an arrangement. It's so beautiful, it brings me joy every time I see it! She is so incredibly talented and I would recommend their arrangements to anyone. I'll try to post a picture of the beautiful arrangement she arranged in about 10 minutes!

I interviewed about 7 florist after collecting money from my coworkers to go in on flowers for our manager who was hospitalized. I had a $100 to budget. I looked online and could see all the various floral arrangements from various websites and was not impressed with the cookie cutter designs and hyped up prices. When I interviewed city 205 the sales person spoke my language. It was clear she had a good concept of design and color schemes. I was sold. City 205 did the flowers for our wedding earlier this month and they were wonderful! I provided Jill with some inspiration photos and a color palette, but gave her quite a bit of artistic freedom. When our flowers arrived on the day of our wedding I couldn't have been happier, they were stunning and I received so many compliments on them. Jill was easy to work with and quick to respond to all of my emails/phone calls.

Jill is amazing and her creativity and attention to detail is phenomenal. She is so dedicated to her work and the professionalism is appreciated. I am amazed by each flower arrangement that I receive. She always exceeds my expectations. She's so easy too. I call and tell her the occasion and let her create; always beautiful. Unless roses run at $10 a pop this place is over charging...I had a 6 rose, small (see photo -white roses) bouquet delivered for my moms birthday (to a business not four blocks from their location) and was charged $60+ My mom liked them and they delivered same day, but for $60 I would expect more than just 6 roses and a vase (pretty filler flowers? )

Couldn't give a higher recommendation, they did my flowers for my wedding years ago and people still comment on how lovely they were. My husband just ordered me flowers today and they are beautiful, he commented on how friendly and helpful the staff was. This was the florist for my wedding and they did nothing short of spectacular work! We are really interested in succulents and cacti so he took that concept and incorporated it into the different arrangements. Really taking the concepts of our flowers and their presentation out of the normal box and into a realm all their own.
