I design with the seasons in mind, sourcing delicate sweet peas in the spring, ruffled peonies and garden roses in the early summer and dahlias for the Fall. I would describe my style as elevated, yet approachable and natural- I want my designs to feel like a wild garden full of movement, interesting textures; imperfect yet refined.

Services
I started working with flowers in 2012, interning at a small, organic flower shop in Santa Cruz, CA. I totally fell in love with designing and the connections that were made with customer's celebrating their life events. After two years working in a few Bay Area flower shops, I began doing weddings as a side business and absolutely fell in love with the process of planning + creating for couples.
Flowers are special in the way that they express emotions, love, joy and feelings of warmth and connection- my hope it to bring that to life on your wedding day, through color, texture + design. I will always go above and beyond for all of my sweet couples and create something meaningful + unique to them.
My studio is located in Petaluma, CA, we are nestled up in Northern CA about 20 minutes from wine country, but have many weddings based in the SF Bay Area + Carmel Valley. She created the most beautiful arrangements for our wedding..I'm still obsessing over them! We had so many of our family and friends compliment our florals at our wedding and I could not be happier with how perfect everything turned out.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Emily! I described to her my vision and she put together a mood board for me before confirming everything. She blew it out of the park on my wedding day! We found Emily through our wedding planner - CMG Events - and immediately loved her work! She creates such wonderful pieces that have so much meaning to them. Even though we haven't seen her product for our wedding yet, I am so excited because we have been fortunate to work together during the COVID year. She has created a few bouquets for my family for milestones and celebrations that I have truly loved. If you're looking for a florist, Emily is your person! The second I laid eyes on her work, I knew I HAD to hire her for my big day. My husband and I hosted a very small wedding in September 2020 at my parents farm in Sonoma County. I didn't have much budget for florals given so much of our money was tied up in old contracts (due to covid). I knew it was a long shot, but I reached out to Emily to see if she would be willing and able to flower for us. I was greeted with the sweetest and most helpful response—the rest is history!

HIGHLY recommend Emily for a wedding florist! I worked with Emily for our June 2019 wedding and couldn't have been happier with the entire process.
First of all, Emily is an absolute joy to work with. She is one of the kindest people I've ever met. She's patient and collaborative, gracefully addressing a number of pivots I made throughout the process including a shift on color scheme, specific flowers, etc. She never made me feel dumb for asking questions and I so appreciated her flexibility in what could be an overall stressful wedding planning process!

Emily is incredible!! We are so grateful our wedding coordinator recommended her. Emily has an amazing vision and happens to be one of the sweetest people you have ever met! She was incredible to work with throughout the planning process, listened to what our vision was, and truly went above and beyond with our wedding florals. Oh my goodness- where to even start with Emily?! She is not only the absolute sweetest, but her florals are SO beautiful. I am in the wedding industry, and thought a lot about what I wanted in my florals for my own wedding. Emily is the perfect combination of classic and trendy, with her own spin on things. Emily made all my dreams come true and then some! My bouquet was PERFECT, and she made the most adorable little floral collars for our dogs. Emily was an absolute dream to work with from start to finish for our wedding in September. We searched incredibly hard for a florist with a personal style of her own that would be subtle and distinct without being too trendy, and were so lucky to find Emily, who beautifully communicated her own perspective and created arrangements to enhance our outdoor ceremony, not take it over. Emily is absolutely amazing to work with!! I spent too many months looking for a florist that would fit my style/budget and was eventually introduced to her by my wedding planner. Throughout the planning process she was very easy to reach and did a great job explaining everything to me. She was able to incorporate some concepts that I had envisioned for the wedding, but she really put her own creative twists on the design that made the final product breathtaking.

No need to look any further - Emily is the best there is! My wedding bouquet was more beautiful than I ever could have imagined - ten times more beautiful than the Pinterest photos I sent her.
