Once again the bouquet I ordered from Grohe is perfectly beautiful! My Aunt absolutely loves it, and I grateful that whenever I order flowers from Grohe, they exceed what I could have envisioned. Many thanks to the team! Grohe Florists went the extra mile to create & deliver a lovely arrangement - same day - for a dear friend in mourning.

I am so grateful for their help. I received excellent service in the context of asking for a custom bouquet. They asked about my preferences, provided excellent suggestions, and delivered a truly a beautiful bouquet on time. They provided the best customer service experience I've ever encountered with a florist!

Ruben is a gem, and the arrangement was gorgeous. I was going to pick up the Christmas arrangement, then had to call a day ahead and ask if they could deliver for me, because I had family emergency. Excellent service and attitude in this, the busiest season.

In a moment of desperation, only 2 hours before a funeral service Ruben from Grohe was able to help me out! I had ordered flowers for this service from another company which decided to cancel the order. With only a few places to call that was near the church for the service Ruben was able to help me out. He made the process very easy and was incredibly understanding of this situation. I trust that he will do a great job and deliver something beautiful in such a short time. Once again, thank you to Grohe and Ruben for being amazing and helping me out.

Completely disappointed. The only good things I can say are that the gentleman on the phone was very personable and they were able to do a same-day arrangement. I gave them eight hours to make it and paid $110- I could’ve bought the same amount of flowers at Trader Joe’s for under $30 and done it myself. It probably would have looked nicer too. So frustrated

Today I ordered a super last minute 50th birthday bouquet for my best friend. Santa Rosa Flower Shop took the order (at 3:30 pm) and delivered outside of their normal area. Super friendly, helpful and kind service. Definitely recommend!

My parents had flowers delivered to me from SR Flower Shop for my birthday. Not only was the arrangement BEAUTIFUL, but the flowers lasted over 2 weeks!!! I had 2 other arrangements delivered to me that day from other shops and neither one even made it to one week. Highly recommend! :)
