J. C. Casner Equipment was founded in 1986 under the direction of Mr. John C. Casner. The company was primarily a power washing sales and service operation. Over the years, Mr. Casner took on residential, commercial and industrial power washing units. As the need grew for cleaner homes, truck fleets, etc., the need also grew for a cleaner environment.

Concerns about the environment and increased government regulations require businesses to look for more cost effective ways to deal with the disposal, treatment or recycling of wastewater. Industrial wastewater may be contaminated with suspended solids, heavy metals, organic compounds and other potential pollutants.

Introducing the simple, affordable solution for medium to small size industries and shops that need to deal with the disposal or treatment of wastewater that may contain suspended solids, emulsified oils and heavy metals.

Although there are some existing traditional processes available for treatment of these contaminants and they typically are multi-stage setups that require a variety of chemicals, qualified personnel, valuable floor and substantial man hours to achieve good results.Even after these processes, the solid waste generated may be deemed hazardous and is subject to increased disposal costs.

The amount of CE Blend required will vary from installation to installation. This is why we provide laboratory testing services to better determine application rates. In general, application rates range from 0.05 to 0.15 lbs of CE Blends per gallon of wastewater. Most installations only require the wastewater system.
