I have had the pleasure of working with Levi and his team on two separate occasions (initial home closing and refinancing). I would highly recommend Tyler Stewart at Pivot Lending!! He made the process from start to finish very easy and stress free. He was not at ALL pushy like many lenders we talked to when shopping around, but answered all of our many questions quickly and efficiently whenever we called or emailed. Refinancing can be a process for sure, but Tyler kept us updated along the way, made sure we clearly understood what need needed to get to them so we could do it quickly and keep things moving. Great experience!!

Best experience ever. All around 5 stars. I can’t recommend them enough. Brett Shields handled our purchase of a home and made it painless. From his quick responses and seamless communication with our realtor he was incredible. I mean maybe an hour response time on every form of communication. Time is of the essence in this market and he gets that. Not only did he have emails out on weekends and after hours he was very quick and willing to be creative with the loan. The market right now is absolutely crazy and he was able to make things work and was very creative when it came to different situations

My experience with the Colorado branch of Pivot Lending, more specifically with Levi Pollack and the team was a joy. He made me very comfortable in what has to be one of the biggest financial decisions i'll make in my lifetime, buying that first home.

Please don't take the 1 star as anything positive. This place is a joke. DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS PLACE. I leased a vehicle and they were the "bank". They reported to the credit bureaus that I bought a house. Oh, they did that while I was trying to buy a house. That's not even the end. Then they send me an email notifying me of the error and addressed it with "First_Name" not even my real name. They can't even get email merging right. Then, I respond back to the email and didn't get a response.

Bryant and his team are absolutely top notch. I've used them now for two re-finances and a initial mortgage and I couldn't be happier. We had a loan with Wells Fargo on our old house. I assumed it would be easy to get the new loan from them since we had a 10 year history. It was a nightmare! Thank God Eric Sheldon and 1st Mortgages came along. They were honest, professional, and the loan took no time to close, with less fees. I cannot recommend them high enough. We were buying a new house and went through the approval process with these guys..other than having to contact them every time multiple times to get an answer no problems. But the deal fell through so we decided to stay in our house and refinance. We go through the whole process and are just ready to get the appraisal when the broker calls and asks me if our house has been off the market for 90 days...um....you were working with us 3 weeks ago when we took our house off the market. Normally, to refi, I just go to bankrate.com and pick off the lender with the lowest rate. Problem when I tried that this time: I got a ridiculously low appraisal. Not the fault of that bankrate.com lender, just a combination of bad luck and the new appraisal insulation rules.
So I started looking around at local lenders, based on personal recommendation. Bryant at 1st Mortgages was actually already familiar with my property because he had come to an open house when it was on the market! He readily agreed it was worth way more than that lowball appraisal, and

We took it on good faith that they would help us with our first home purchase. This has been nothing but a nightmare! They "forgot" to even order our home appraisal, then said they would expedite the process( was a lie) it has taken over three weeks and still no report! We are suppose to close in 2 weeks from today and cant get a return email or phone call.. As a first time homebuyer things can get pretty confusing AND overwhelming. Dave helped us out tremendously. He put up with our questions and rants and managed to get us closed in a timely manner with a great interest rate. He had excellent communication via phone and internet through the entire process. We would definitely work with 1st Mortgages again. But probably not for a long time as we now have a 30 year mortgage to pay off.....
