Utopia Home Health Care is absolutely the worst! Giving them even one star pains me! They have no regard for what is important to the client or best for the client. Things that are normal or should be normal like the care giver coming to work on their scheduled shift, or calling if they are going to be late, actually working when they are in the home and not reading the newspaper or doing puzzle books, the office staff calling back or finding you another care giver if the regularly scheduled one doesn't show and just in general all of the staff acting professional is just non existent!! I
