My 94 year old mom needed private care in addition to the care she already received at her assisted living facility, Maplewood at Newtown.
The private aide, Lourdes, became a life saver. Mom and Lourdes bonded immediately. What began as 4 hours daily, eventually led to 8 hours and then ultimately 24/7 care.
Lourdes was gentle and caring with mom. We exchanged cell phone numbers and I was in constant communication with Lourdes. She informed me daily of mom’s condition and needs. Lourdes alerted the staff at Maplewood if mom needed something extra.

The professionals at Sage Home Care were the best! I loved that my Dad had an actual friend that would laugh and joke with him until the end while providing quality care. The nurses would come to the home and tell me all the time that Goodwill and this Agency was going to be recommend to their clients,.
