I initially liked this place when they first opened, but no longer which is too bad since they are 5 minutes from home. I have had several injuries with cuticle cutting on my manicures ( 2 different technicians) and once in a pedicure another tech ( owners Staci's sister) used the cheese grater callous remover on my foot and made it bleed then was so rude after the fact like it was my fault for being concerned. I also felt like they were talking about me in front of me when I expressed concern about the bleeding, but I could not understand them and felt very uncomfortable. The last

When I arrived I showed my nail art that I wanted done and they agreed that they could do it they did an amazing job and even added extra snowflakes for me and gave me a complimentary lotion at the end for
The holidays. Everything was a really enjoyable experience. My nail technician was very polite and accommodating to what I have wanted done. And even added some suggestions on what would make it better. I am grateful for her input. I did not get her name however I noticed her hand was injured. My boyfriend and I had a good time I will be going back to that nail technician again.

I have been here a couple of times between 2018 and 2019.
I stopped by last Monday 9/13/2021 around 4pm without an appointment for a pedicure. I was told it would be a 15 min wait.
I was seated 30 minutes later and my pedicure began after another 15 min. before I even got my feet in the water. Please, just be honest, if you tell someone 15 min. don't make it be 45min. Not to mention that the person that arrived 5 min after me, also without an appointment got tended to 10 min sooner than me.
I chose the pedicure with callus treatment. This was not

OV Posh Nails is the best nail salon in Oro Valley, and I've tried many! All of their staff are friendly, professional, and they do an amazing job every single time. I get natural nails: manis and pedis. The manicure lasts 10 days! My pedis look great for a month. They are consistently excellent. They even remember their clients' names. It is a real treat to visit their salon. Give OV Posh Nail a try. You won't regret it.

OV Posh has an inviting atmosphere, the most comfortable massage chairs I have ever used, amazing service, and is immaculate inside.
Ann took care of me and I appreciate her attention to detail. She even fixed an ingrown toenail (without me asking) that had been causing me pain for weeks! I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to get their nails done.

I love this place . I come all the way from the Southside to get my nails and pedicure done here , they are just so professional and attentive to detail. The Owner is just the best and takes good care of her clients and employees. I do have to add they are very busy and get booked very fast if you feel you don't like your nails I suggest you speak up before you leave so they can fix it and they are very happy to do so..

After moving to AZ from CA I have been looking for a place to do manicure and pedicures. I went in for a pedi, but ended up doing a manicure too. Some of the highlights with the services offered are a relaxing mani/pedi and they make you feel welcome. The staff laugh with their customers and engage you. I am very pleased to see this because most places I have gone to had always been the total opposite. You were only spoken to when necessary and rushed out. I had a very bad experience at this salon. I have given them 3 chances ! Although their quality of work is fine. The professionalism is bad.
My first appointment with Staci I had to wait over 30min. That second time 20 min. I had a 9 am appointment for today but got a call yesterday saying Staci decided to take the day off. They said they would put me with another technician which I said ok. I showed up at 9am only to be told that they were understaffed and could I come back later...um..NO, I have to work! They were quite smug and said "can't be helped ,emergency happen ". They

I sent my daughter and her friend to get their nails done for prom. We scheduled appointments far in advance. On the day of the appointment they waited well over 30 minutes past their appointment time to be helped. One set was ok, the other set was not smooth at all. The nail bed was lumpy like the fill powder wasn't smoothed out. It was very visible even after being painted. Oh! And the student discount mentioned online? That equalled $2 on a $120 bill!
This, however, wasn't the first time we had used this establishment. The first was well before covid and we had gotten gel manicures

If I could give 0 stars I would. Had an appointment at 1 for nails for a wedding with 3 others. No one came and asked about the dip on my nails and left me sitting at the pedicure area for 45 mins and then had the audacity of saying it was my fault for not saying I have dip and gel when no one came and even asked even though I told 3 separate people. Never coming back. Don't waste your time. My nails don't even look that good. A 3 day update: 2 of my nails have already chipped.

Had a very relaxing OV organic signature pedicure - after a whole year! Covid protocols in place, very friendly attentive folks here. Great massaging chairs. Was so, so very nice to tend to the feet again on a pro level and care for for the calluses, hot stones to increase circulation and paraffin was to seal in moisture. A super nice treat!

I have had a tough time finding a good nail salon in Tucson, but I think I have finally found my place. Have been here a couple of times. I stick to getting a gel mani/pedi with simple colors, nothing too crazy. They have a wide selection of colors and both times the nail artist working on my nails has been very thorough. I tend to get a lot of cuticle buildup, and the artists here know exactly how to take care of it without causing me to start bleeding all over.
The place is always packed, so make sure to book an appointment. In my opinion the prices are average, I ended up paying $63 for gel
