My car was giving me a message that there was an issue with the abs system. I checked fluid and fuses and thought I needed a tow to my mechanic. I got a quote and Rick offered to try a jump first since it had just gotten cold for the first time and "it will give you all kinds of crazy messages when the battery goes." He stopped by, jumped me and saved me the cost of a tow. Very professional and helpful. He could have taken my money and let the mechanic do the rest.

Very thorough service, the issue with the tire was a bit odd and Rick did a lot of due diligence to troubleshoot the issue until it was resolved properly. Arrived incredibly fast (12 minutes) and worked fast as well. He also provided suggestions for next steps and how much I should be charged. While I hope I don't have to use his service again, I would call him again in a heartbeat if I need to. Highly recommend. Thanks, Rick!

Rick was so fast to come help me with my flat tire. He was able to meet me across the city, change my tire, and go all within 15/20 minutes! Rick obviously is very skilled in car mechanics but was also just a really sweet guy to have around while I was freaking out about my first flat tire ever haha! Thank you Rick. Happy to have your number now so I never have to worry about where to go when I need immediate help :)

Rick came to meet me and my husband after 9pm. We thought we needed a patch for our tire, but turned out we needed to fix the alignment. Rick gave us every piece of information we needed to get the alignment fixed. Very friendly, professional and considerate of time and personal situations. Well respected and will most definitely be calling again. Hopefully later rather than sooner.

Sergio came last minute within the time frame he said he would. He immediately got my car to start and was super friendly! I’m so grateful that he took my call and made it a priority given my circumstance and he came so quickly after AAA failed me. Ricky came out at 11:30pm and thoroughly inspected the whole situation and figured out exactly what was wrong. He even has some knowledge of my truck and gave me some advice, so he taught me a few things tonight as well. His price was also very reasonable. He kept patient and even went above and beyond and cleaned my terminals. I highly recommend Ricky to anyone who needs any help.

Sergio (Rick) was so responsive, available immediately, came to my location, and diagnosed my car. He was informative, caring, honest, and unbelievably helpful. He explained what was wrong, gave me a quote of around what it should cost to fix, and even suggested a place if I didn’t have a trusted mechanic. His price was more than fair and he even sent me more info about the issue AFTER he left - so that I could be more informed of the issue. So thoughtful. Even my husband said, “we’re gonna call that guy for everything!” when he left. Highly recommend. Will update when the work is done
