Cosmetic surgery is one aspect of Plastic Surgery. Dr. Trussler has advanced training in cosmetic surgery and offers his significant experience in cosmetic procedures of the face, nose, body, and breast to the Austin area.

The surgery is very rewarding because it helps to decrease the attention that prominent ears get and often improves the fragile self-esteem of a child or teenager. A Buccal Fat Pad Excision is a simple and effective procedure used to thin and shape the face. This Austin TX minimally invasive procedure is performed through a small incision inside the mouth to decrease volume in the mid cheek. My only concern is that I made it clear that I did NOT want my nose to look like the “after” picture that they showed me, using their technology where they can dictate what your nose will look like after rhinoplasty, on a computer screen-using your photos taken in office. I stated to the nurse and Dr. Trussler that I only wanted the small hump on my nose to be fixed & my airway to be patent, which we agreed upon

Simply the best PS in Texas. Have had multiple procedures performed by him as well as Botox type maintenance stuff and he's literally given me back 15 years to my face. Actually even 15 years ago I didn't look this good!

I was recommended to Dr. Trussler by someone in a mom group. I had a virtual consultation & it was great. At the end of the consult I was asked to bring all my insurance info in to the office. I had talked to my insurance & they said they most likely wouldn't cover my surgery, but I appreciated that the office would try. I never mentioned insurance & the staff was the one who brought it up.

Couldn't be happier almost 3 years later! I had my first cosmetic surgery back in 1999 (different Dr) and was so sick afterward. I vomited for 12 straight hours and my lips were bluish purple coming out of surgery so I was scared to ever go under the knife again. I tried several times to contact his office to schedule a consultation. I called and sent multiple emails. After almost a week I finally got a hold of someone only to find out that they charge you $100 consultation fee just to see the doctor. I've spoken to at least 6 other doctors offices who don't charge you a consultation fee but they do take a card just in case you cancel with in a 24 hour period or do a "no show". I feel that is more reasonable than charging me to meet you, just for me to potentially spend a lot of money. The office staff or whom ever, isn't responsive

Dr. Trussler goes above and beyond in everything! First of all, HE meets you at the consultation at NO CHARGE. Other doctors require a meeting with a nurse first and a deposit of $200 just to MEET him which is asinine.
He has great bedside manner and will answer ALL of your questions without getting impatient. He is efficient but still gives you his undivided attention. He cares about YOU. He respects your goals, helps you understand the process needed, and get there. My results are exactly what I was hoping for. Better, actually. I let him take the lead with the end result and what he chose

Dr. Trussler performed a very successful surgery on me several years back. I had a full post surgical abdominal hernia that had pretty much caused my life to be in ruin. He is an awesome Dr. I realize that the type of procedures that he is doing now is much different, but Dr. Trussler is still the same great Doc whatever type of surgery he is doing, he will take GREAT care of his patients.

I LOVED everything he done he worth every penny.
