Duck is located just north of Kitty Hawk on Highway 12 and offers miles of biking and walking trails. I worked with Stephanie a few years ago on locating our first vacation property. She had come recommended from a friend who has worked with her several times in the past. Stephanie showed us many places but ultimately found the ideal location for our family. With 2 small children proximity to the beach was important but so was price.
