We rented a home for two years from Carolina Dunes. We always paid on time and left the place nicer than when we moved in. The carpet was disgusting and 20 years old when we moved in. Upon moving out our lease was held citing that the carpet was damaged. We filed a complaint with the BBB and would have taken the case further, but we were moving out of state and the cost to come back to go to court outweighed what we lost on the deposit.
