Roman came to inspect a potential home for me within 3 days request. As soon as he was finished, he sent over the report, and I can say I was blown away! Not only was he thorough with the inspection, the report was so detail orientated it was easy for anyone to comprehend. Excellent experience with Professional Home Inspectors. Roman was punctual, detailed and thorough during our inspection for a new home. Both the verbal debriefing and final report detailed issues with notes, images, and videos making it simple to see the exact issue and recommendations. This review is embarrassingly late. Roman came out to our home months ago for an inspection before our 1 year warranty on our new home expired. Although our home is basically new, I am grateful that we had Roman come out! He found multiple items that we were able to have the builder repair before our warranty expired. Roman was very thorough and really great to work with! I highly recommend this company!

Roman was on time, professional, and a pleasure to have inspect the home. He carried himself in a very calm, collected, and respectful manner that made it a pleasure to ask any and all questions that I had. Roman did an inspection for a townhouse we are buying and he was amazing. He worked quickly, but did a thorough job documenting everything with photos and videos. After he was done with the inspection he sat down with us and walked through everything to make sure we understood what he was noting. By the end of the day we had a full report emailed to us with all the photos and videos. We opted in for a sewer scope and he ran through all the way to main line. We felt so much more comfortable moving forward with the purchase of this home after working with Roman. The seller is making some changes

I have not worked with an inspector before, but Roman helped with the inspection of our first home and the experience was amazing. We hired him for a full house inspection and sewer scope. Roman was extremely professional, well-priced, kind, on time and able to schedule an inspection quickly. While we had an older home and were expecting to receive some red flags in the inspection, Roman was patient, took his time and was extremely thorough. When buying a newly constructed home, our realtor suggested that we conduct our own independent home inspection, including a scope of the new sewer lines. Roman did a remarkable job pointing out all his findings, recording video and giving us a complete report to turn in to the builder.

Roman did a great job at the inspection of our future home. He was very thorough and professional. We received the report shortly after the inspection which was quicker than we anticipated. The report was so detailed with so many photos and videos so that we could understand everything. When we arrived to attend our home inspection, Roman was already on the roof hard at work! He is punctual--if not early--easy to schedule and to work with. Roman was super responsive through text message, we were able to make a last minute appointment and he had no problem when we needed to change the time. He was professional, arrived on time and did throughout inspection everywhere. He was willing to explain when we asked questioned. He was patient and inspected both of the crawl spaces.
He provides sewer scope inspection too, which helped us identify some disconnections and roots in the sewer pipe.

Roman was very easy to schedule with, and arrived early. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and unbiased. We had an electrician out there at the property as well. Afterwards, the electrician made a comment to me about how thorough Roman was during the inspection.

On the 3rd of March, I became serious in purchasing a condo with an offer date of the 5th, and discussed it with my real estate agent; we wanted to waive inspection to be competitive, so we needed a pre-inspection immediately.
Through my agent, we requested Roman from North West Home Inspections, and he was actually able to make it as early as the afternoon of the 4th. He was on time and presented himself very professionally, which made the process very easy.

Our recent home inspection was with Roman, he was amazing. He thoroughly inspected our new property giving us a detailed report. I know that's what is expected but then went above and beyond by calling us to explain his notes. He then gave us his overall thoughts and impressions. He answered all our questions and he even said if we had any other questions we could email or call him. Overall I'm so impressed. This is my second home purchase but I never got service like this from anyone else. Roman and North West Home Inspections is what customer service everywhere should strive to be.

What a nice man! Professional, attentive and thorough in his work! Roman was amenable to coming on a Sunday, since it is the only day possible for us to meet. The NEXT day my report was delivered via email with pictures, explanations and suggestions! Just fabulous! I was also free to ask any questions during the inspection, and watched how detailed it was in person. Bought many houses before, but never has this level of customer service! Eric Q. Roman has worked on two home inspections for me, both of which I was very pleased with his work. The first one was a very last minute one, yet he was able to accommodate to our needs and he made the time to go and inspect the home for us.
