Olympic Shield LLC abides by the Standards of Practice set forth by the state of Washington in our inspection services. While newly constructed properties typically have fewer defects than older buildings, it is still important to have these properties inspected before the final walkthrough with your contractor.

Ben was the ABSOLUTE best!!!! He was always easy to reach, on time and super friendly. He explained everything through the process and was super thorough. Ben was so easy to work with. Inspections can be a little nerve-wracking. Ben was very professional and didn't mind me following him around the house. He explained things he looked for and even shared things I should keep an eye out for after moving in. He was very friendly and funny. Ben made the whole process easy and provide tons of information. I had my Inspection in my email the very next morning just as he said I would. If you have a choice for a home inspection company I encourage you to choose Olympic Shield!!

I had a home inspection performed by Ben. He was very through. He took the time to explain what he was looking at and looking for. For a first time home buyer the information was incredibly helpful! I received my report promptly at the conclusion of the inspection. The report was lengthy and detailed. He took the time to review the highlights with me. Our realtor contacted Benjamin from Olympic Shield to conduct a general home inspection on very short notice, as our inspection contingency window was only 3 days long. He was extremely easy to communicate with, explained every detail very clearly, responded to all of our questions, and was super friendly. He also included so many photos in the inspection report, and the inspection report was completed within an hour of the inspection. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better inspector! Olympic Shield also provides a very user-friendly online platform where you can see the inspection appointment

We had a home inspection done. Ben indicated there was water under the house and to consult with the seller. Unfortunately, he did not note the cupping of the floor and failed to find the water leaking from the bathtub that was unconnected to the pipe system. We are trying to remedy the situation, but he has been unhelpful in correcting this issue that could be extremely costly and imperil the health of our family. I cannot in good conscious recommend anyone use Olympic Shield.
