I shopped at several jewelry stores searching for the perfect engagement ring for my now fiancé. Ralph was exceptional in his customer service and expertise. Went in to the store to get pricing for earrings my wife was being offered to buy. I asked for their assistance. They were welcoming and accommodating. Regent Jewelers helped me save money by not buying something that showed defects in the diamonds. They explained and showed me why the diamond was not worth the price it was being sold at. For future jewelry purchases my wife and I will be buying from here.

If circumstance has lent it self to where you need or want to sell your diamond then go to Regent Jewelers. After being (emotionally) tossed around my local jeweler I decided to do some google research which lead me to there direction. I decided to make the almost 40 minute ride and have faith in the reviews I’d be treated fairly.
I was greeted warmly by staff who made an effort to make me feel comfortable. I sold my starter engagement ring and band because I knew I had an upgrade in the mail. I’ll admit I was expecting a little more before setting foot in the store however the transparency
