I think this business might be closed. The address on yelp and their website is incorrect and the doorman next door said that they've been out of the location for over a year. The new address they posted on the door is not valid. They never answer their phone, return calls, or reply to queries on the website. They might do good work but if they can't be bothered to update their website a year after they moved, or answer phone calls, I don't think I want them touching my computer anyway.

I'm afraid my experience is the same as a few others here - absolutely miserable. You 'want' to like these guys, especially Stanley the owner. Unfortuntely - the place is in the process of moving to a new location, and Stanley has somehow disappeared to do other things. That leaves a guy named Jon minding the front, who has no business being in the front of the store dealing with customers. He seems nice enough, but will never give you a clear answer of when your computer, hard drive etc will be ready.

I brought a hard-drive in .. In APRIL for data recovery. It's now

Terrible experience. I went in for a data recovery and the process took THREE MONTHS -- and even then, I didn't end up with my data back.

I called many times throughout and was never given a very clear answer as to the status because the person who was performing the actual work was either not in or on vacation. They are friendly enough, but my experience was miserable.

When I finally did get a status update, they said "it's toast" and offered to repair. First, no one wants to hear "it's toast" when you're talking about losing family pictures, important

Staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the process of my data recovery request. I was initially skeptical from having read a few other reviews but I concluded the negative reviews seemed to be infrequent and likely mostly exaggerated from the language and style of each write-up. I decided to give them a shot - talked with Stanley (owner) who walked me through the various potential outcomes for my recovery situation. In the end, I left with a full recovery that was completed in a reasonable amount of time (given circumstances of my recovery situation), at a reasonable cost, by a local

If there was a way to give this place negative stars, I would. The service here is so amazingly bad. I needed my computer fixed. They initially told me five days.

It took three weeks. When I got it back, the thing wasn't even finished.

The technician, Antonio, is so beyond arrogant and angry that it's offensive; how someone like this keeps a job is beyond me. They took me into the back, where there was a sign saying "Antonio, wear gloves!". And what was he doing?

Working on people's hard drives without gloves.

The service is miserable. It's putrid. They try to

I walked in yesterday to see if they had tiny laptop screws for my wobbly laptop screen. The owner was friendly and handed me a box of screws and said I could choose whichever ones I needed, for free! I haven't taken in a laptop for them to look at, but I'm sure they'll be able to deliver.

Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with the computer accessory store. Before I explain the situation, I do want to say that I believe their prices to be very fair. However, for all the trouble they put me through, I would have rather forked over the extra money.

First and foremost, it took them four weeks to fix my computer. 29 whole days. I don't have a backup laptop, so this was an enormous inconvenience and really frustrating. However, I understand that maybe it was a complicated problem? So even though 4 weeks seems completely unacceptable, I don't think it's enough

I would say that their customer service and professionalism could definitely use some improvement. The owner Stanley is very nice and does his best to accomodate your needs and is very understanding (I came in upset about losing 7 years worth of pictures!) The staff seems a little disorganized and all over the place, but if you're patient enough, Stanley and his staff usually deliver.
