I called Ivan about my daughter's Mac Pro. He asked me to text him some pictures and serial number of the laptop which I did. A few hours later, he found something on the Apple website where this particular problem may be covered under a recall. After discussing it with Apple, turns out, Ivan was right.
I know little about computers and was willing to pay what it took to fix the problem. I reached out to two or three other repair places and they all quoted me about $550.00 to get this issue fixed. Ivan was the only one that asked me to try Apple first before resorting to spending money.

My fairly new computer broke down and it was hard to diagnose the problem. Ivan offered to look at it and diagnose it within the first 24hrs since I first called. He then worked diligently to not only find the problem, but he also fixed it and made sure I know what to do if that ever happens again (it hasn't so far). He was updating me on every single step, so I always knew what's being done to my computer, how long it will take, and how much it's going to cost. I hugely appreciate Ivan's throughout work and attitude and it's fantastic to have the computer working again --- much better than before

Our child day care center purchased a new computer to replace our aging 7 years old computer , which is used to handle applications forms and our office work and printing needs as well as the accounting, Ivan was on-time, polite and knowledgeable. The computer was installed and the network setup without a problem. Our old computer information was transferred to the new computer and some unrelated printing issues were fixed. After the installation we have received numerous email and phone calls to ensure that everything is working well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company!

Ivan went above and beyond what I expected. One day my computer took a long time to boot up. Ivan ran some diagnostics and discovered the hard drive was going bad. He then backed-up my computer, found a new hard drive for me (when we discovered the replacement hard drive I had bought was defective), installed the new hard drive, and returned the laptop as good as new. When I arrived home, I had a few more questions about how to change some of the settings back to how I'd had them. Ivan helped me do that remotely. I love the fact that you don't have to drop your computer off and wait 2-3 days for repairs. Ivan came to my house and it took him less than two hours. Great work!

I always try to think twice before giving a review to make sure it is fair. I can say without doubt, Ivan at PCsave.US should have 5 stars!
I know my way around computers and I am pretty good fixing things myself and particularly mine and my family computers! Bring in it to somebody else for repair is the last option! It can happen only if I run out of choices!
I brought my quite aged desktop computer in which kept crashing down on me, and Ivan was able by just using (changing) one part to give me something that worked amazingly! He's also helped me find lost files, fixed my printer which was

Very friendly, cheerful tech person who knows what he is doing and delivers great job for the best price. He was recommended to me by my co worker and since he is close to the AU park - where I live I took it there.
I had repaired my HP notebook previously at another place and the problem still existed after the repair. Ivan found the error immediately - and he fixed it quickly!
The battery needed to be taken out and reseated and that somehow reset the computer and it was starting again!
