Each of our therapists use unique approaches that fit their niche. We find that there is no one size fits all approach when it comes to helping people. Much of my life has been spent in the beautiful pacific northwest. Early in my life I experienced significant hardships that caused me to have great compassion for others. In fact it was some of my very own adversity and devastating effects of a broken marriage that propelled me to counseling career.
I am a graduate of the University of Washington and am a well qualified, well-trained Counselor who cares about your wellbeing and strives to meet you where you are. I specialize in Couples Counseling. I am a faith-based counselor who is most passionate about Christian Counseling. I also enjoy working with those who are at a crossroad in life or are finding themselves with grief and bereavement issues.
I grew up in Washington and enjoy all the beauty that the Pacific Northwest has to offer, even the rain sometimes. My own experience with recovery propelled me in a direction of self-discovery, education, personal growth, commitment to personal and professional development. My own awakening process gave me an increased awareness of others and how I can serve people in my community who feel lost.
I was born and raised in South East Asia until the age of 18. Growing up overseas I had the pleasure of learning about various cultures, beliefs, and ways of life which taught me from a young age the beauty of difference and instilled in me the genuine excitement and wonder of getting to know people's unique stories and the moments in life that have had profound impacts on them.

This place does not hold up to its reviews. Wish I could give 0 stars. Gina as the ‘office manager’ is a horrible person. They do not send you appt reminders until the day before and if you have to cancel/reschedule will still charge you $155. They are a scam. Unfortunate for a place of ‘healing’. Actual therapy session was OK. Would never recommend.

I have been seeing Brandy and I love her approach. She has gotten me off my medication and onto amino acids and supplements to heal my gut. We are improving my diet. I look forward to our sessions- she is a very wise and godly woman. I have been to counselors before and after multiple sessions, I felt like I just wasted a bunch of money. Not so with Brandy. Plus- Gina at the office is great!

Karis Bjerke is an amazing counselor. I got clean and sober in 2012 after years of drug and alcohol abuse. She was my primary counselor. She taught me so much in my early recovery. She helped build the the foundation of my recovery and helped me with the tools I needed to be successful. I now have over seven years clean and sober and I am grateful for her help.

I have had the honor of working with Brandy for several years. She is the best clinical supervisor I have encountered. Her ethical decision making skills, knowledge of clinical interventions and counseling ability are to be praised. Her desire to walk alongside people to overcome challenges is admirable.
