The management here is an absolute nightmare. We have dealt with several serious issues here over the last several months and it has been absolutely impossible to get in touch with management. Long story short- our neighbors who recently moved in have been leaving their trash out front of their garage and also have been smoking pot on their porch and in their unit apparently, because my unit has been reeking of pot smoke. I have a young son who is immune compromised and we need to use air filters even without the pot smell just to keep things as clean as possible for him. It clearly states in the

Essex Apartments has been the best place I have ever rented. The property manager, Alex, goes above and beyond unlike most property managers I have come across. Everyone here is super friendly and the grounds are kept up beautifully. I have already recommended this complex to my friends and my family. I typically do not write reviews but I had to take the time to say something about Essex Apartments since it has been the perfect place to live and I couldn’t be happier here.

I live in Essex apartment for a year now and I'm ready to renew my contract. Alex the manager is helpful and attentive to us, if something happens in the apartment, something breaks the service for repairs are very quick. I just have to say that my family and I love living in the Essex apartment. 5 ⭐️

I recently moved out (1 Feb 2021) and in my time here, we had 5 different managers. The last manager Alex Cardenas was and is amazing. He was always around to answer questions and meet with you. He even stepped up and provided assistance with the maintenance. His attention to detail and customer care is above reproach. I only wish all the managers could follow in his footsteps. The property is well taken care of, and there was always something fun going on. I will miss my time.

I have lived here for 4 years and have seen multiple managers come and go. The manager now, Alex Cardenas, has always been friendly and extremely helpful with any issue I might have. He has done a fabulous job with maintenance, ie snow removal and trash removal. I hope he is recognized by the owners for his service and commitment to this apartment community.

I just moved in to the 2 bedroom with the loft. The apartment is beautiful, spacious and spotless. Everyone was so helpful from the very start. Alex and Laura went above and beyond to make this apartment a home to my family and myself. They both had a lot of patience with all of my questions and they were both a pleasure to deal with. Whenever I see Alex he always asks how everything is going and how I like the apartment. It means a lot that he cares. I also met Rich in maintenance and he is always so pleasant and goes out of his way to say hello. I would definitely recommend this community.
