Applying for a mortgage can seem like a daunting and scary process. To help, we've created a checklist of things for you to compile, complete and acknowledge before applying. Credit history is a recorded file of past and current credit that is utilized to compile a credit score. A closing cost is a payment required to finalize a home loan and is separate from a down-payment.
There are a number of different types of home loans available to you, and it can pay to familiarize yourself with them. Luckily we're here to help you choose the best type of home loan for your needs. The most common type of loan option, the traditional fixed-rate mortgage includes monthly principal and interest payments which never change during the loan's lifetime.
The first step in obtaining a loan is to determine how much money you can borrow. In case of buying a home, you should determine how much home you can afford even before you begin looking. By answering a few simple questions, we will calculate your buying power, based on standard lender guidelines.

We have worked with Brandon twice now to finance our mortgage or refi and he has always delivered above and beyond consideration and professionalism in matching the best financing products to our financial objectives. He has also beat other companies hands down when comparing rates to other mortgage lenders. He is the only loan officer we will ever work with and we highly recommend him as the best person to work with for a mortgage loan.

Worked with Legacy on purchasing our first home. What a hassle. Lottie was always nice and helpful, but her team was completely incompetent. I was trying to communicate with 3 different people all asking for the same documents (no communication between them), had to remind them more than once to either “reply all” or copy my spouse on all correspondence, I had to resend info one of the people couldn’t find, there were name misspellings on the home deed...there’s more but that’s the gist of what we dealt with. Will never consider legacy or any of their partners in the
