Our experience with Home Rate Mortgage was great and Matthew Bryant in the Knoxville office is absolutely the best. We were able to lower our rate by almost a full point, get 15k out for a few projects and still lower our mortgage payment by $400! Matthew even noticed that we were paying too much for our home owners insurance so I got a few quotes. Turns out we were paying twice what we should have been paying so now were saving an additional $1700 per year thanks to Matthew. I highly recommend Home Rate Mortgage.
