We hired Elegance Limo requesting a stretch to surprise our daughter and her friends. The driver George was there waiting for us when we arrived.
Service was great. Kal (I think is the owner) was also a pleasure to deal with. All those we encountered whether it was the driver or on the other end of the phone, all were extremely professional and kind. Will absolutely use them next time we are in Orlando. This company knows how to treat its clients. Used their service for our corporate travel. Starting with the moment I called them to inquire about a reservation, or to ask for a price estimate, they handled every detail of my request with care and with precision. If they say they’re going to call you, they will call you, and the price you settle on at the beginning is what you’re charged for at the end. They gave us customer service that was absolutely top-notch and rates that were very reasonable (discounted) for the amount of service we used. Making the reservation did not bring with it any

The best service I have ever received hands down. I have experience in this business as well, so to see a company provide such high customer service was amazing to see. The Driver was on time, courteous, professional and I felt safe at all time. Vehicle was clean and smelled great. We recently had one of our friend's wedding at Orlando and opted to hire an Orlando wedding Limo. The services was exceptional and way beyond what we expected.
