I am writing about the billing and administration not the mental health services. We were charged the maximum out of pocket for our insurance plan. We decided not to use the 30 day inpatient service (48 hrs. was time spent at facility). I have requested an accounting of costs incurred and refund of the difference. Cannot get a call back from them. Do not pay upfront.

Absolutely horrible treatment center. What a waste of money. Do not send yourself or a loved one here if you want to really change. Do go here if you would like to waste money and get treated like a child! The staff is all dating each other. Is very incestuous. Degrading rules. They don’t care about the clients getting better at all, they just care about getting paid. The staff is in way over their heads, completely unable to actually help people. It is almost a parody of an addiction center. Laughable. Save your money and go to a real treatment facility where the staff actually cares. Also,

My stay and rehabilitation at the Raleigh House changed my life. When I got here I was broken, anxious, and depressed. I was 3 days sober off 30+ years of continued alcohol use and 10+ years of Xanax use and abuse. The Raleigh House saved my life. I never thought I could feel better both mentally and physically but the Raleigh House gave me hope and also gave me my life back. I can't thank all of the staff here at Raleigh House enough for giving me an opportunity to put in the work to get better and to put me in a position to succeed upon my discharge. I'm looking forward to the continued maintenance

The Raleigh House program works because of its holistic approach and the understanding that there is not one path that works for every client. Especially unique is that the program takes into account that substance use disorder and mental health concerns truly involve not only the individual seeking treatment, but also the family. I am so appreciative that they have weekly family education meetings to help us understand the experiences our loved one has while there, but also provides educational information and tools for families. Whitney has also spearheaded a noon Family Power Hour that is exceptional

This facility changed my life and saved my life. Their were BHTs and therapists who I will never forget having a hand In my mental health and wellness. I do want to disclose if Whitney is still working there. Whitney was formerly a therapist at at adolescent and family institute of Colorado which I was at 15 years prior or so. She personally participated in abusive tactics at the facility. They are now shut down, it was ran by a fraud who claimed to be a doctor but in fact had no school background in the field at all. Please google the facility and you’ll see what went down! But Whitney still

I had an incredibly positive experience at the Raleigh House. Clinically, the staff are parallel to none. Tough love is their language and they really do push you by challenging your addict thinking and constructively criticizing your destructive and harmful patterns. They call you out, and they know what they are talking about. The BHTs are mostly in recovery which really gave me hope as someone very early in sobriety.
The Ranch is a truly special place - it is serene and beautiful to be enveloped in the countryside. It is a safe bubble where I was able to safely detox and start lifting the veil

Raleigh House of Hope is a first-class program. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with dozens of facilities across the nation. Raleigh House's staff understands the importance of rendering a scientific evidence-based approach in specific interventions into clinical practice. They provide a holistic approach that is designed to improve emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual health. Their wide variety of highly skilled and credentialed staff allows for individualized treatment planning tailored to every client's unique clinical presentation. I highly recommend Raleigh House

The Raleigh House of Hope is quite appropriately-named. I was in a position where life had become rather grim, and the prospect of a future worth living was unlikely. Almost every aspect of my life seemed to present insurmountable challenges: financial, mental/psychological, physical/medical, social/familial relationships, etc. It was unfathomable for me that I could turn that ship around. During the hardest time of my life, I made a decision to try one last time.
When I finally decided to show up for myself, the people at the Raleigh House showed up for me, and helped me to chart a new course

This place was a JOKE !!! The food was okay. The staff were horrible. Unprofessional completely. Let me give you an example of some sh*t;
We had to do " exercises " in group such as LETS MAKE A LIST of who will "relapse first" who's most likely? Constantly pitted against each other, the staff stole things from our rooms like makeup and even cash from some people wallets. The "meditations" were 5 minute videos on a "beach" this is a $36,000 program ... why?
The therapists do not believe in confidentially and will preach to the other clients what some

After 5 previous treatment programs I thought I was one of those people that was incapable of being sober. I now have 20 months Sober because of this treatment program.
If you are not familiar with treatment programs let me tell you that in my own experience 1 month of inpatient was not enough time to be in a state of mind and body that would continue to be sober once I left. Longer inpatient stays of 2-3 or even 6 Months as in my case have from what I’ve seen had a far better success rate.
I signed up for 3 months half inpatient and half intensive outpatient. While I was still in inpatient

If I could give a 0, I would. I called for help, told them everything going on, and they said they'd call back in two hours. It's been a lot more than two hours (multiply by at least 96). They seem very concerned when you call, but they get all of your personal info, and you never hear from them again. I guess my addiction wasn't bad enough to matter?

Raleigh House likely saved my son's life. He has struggled for years with addiction. Now over 80 days sober. A great professional staff, pleasant surroundings, high organization, good food, excellent individualized program. This is the real deal to launch a child toward recovery. The highly structured environment gets them used to a schedule where everything is planned. Nothing is left to chance. They are watched and nourished 24/7. They have a medical staff, psychological staff, clinical staff. This is the premier place and they made the insurance very easy. Communication was easy

I called about 2 weeks ago seeking help for my husband. I was inquiring about the cost, and told the representative I spoke with that we had health insurance that can help pay for treatment. He told me that he would speak with his team and have someone get back to me. I received a call back from Erik (I believe is the owner / CEO) and told him about my husbands addiction and he agreed that it was bad and he needed help. Once I mentioned that we have health insurance, he proceeded to ask what I did for a living or if anyone in in my husbands family had money... Once I said we don't have access
