We work with most major insurances-including Medicare and Medicaid-to cover your stay and services provided. Use the contact form or give us a call to answer questions about your specific plan or provider. In general, we will provide you with basic essentials for living and hygiene. If you have specific products you like to use, please feel free to bring them.

I spoke with Kurt Hunter (Director) this afternoon, and I must say, this gentleman is prompt to responding to phone calls, very understanding and most importantly he made me feel like he truly cares for not only my mother who is in the facility, but family as well! Thank you Kurt! I must also mention Tony, every time I call the facility, he is so eager and friendly! Definitely a charming personality! Thank you for the great customer service 😉

My mother has only been at this location for 2 weeks. In the two weeks they have failed to provide her with her necessary breathing apparatuses in case of a respiratory crises. The county they are in says that they banned nebulizers which is required for people who have COPD. They did not give my mother a bath for 7 days until I had to request they give her a bath. The staff refuses to cooperate and answer pertinent phone calls. When washing my mom's clothes they have misplaced her clothes. And the only call that we ever receive is to inform us that two people have received positive covid tests

This place does NOT deserve 4-5 stars. I am a resident and witness CNAs not doing their job appropriately and even if you have a legitimate problem, they don't fix the issue, they just send you somewhere else. Not all of them are bad, but if you put your loved ones here, just know that they are getting sub-par care. I'm just being straight with you.

This facility is warm and inviting. The therapy is top notch and everyone appears to really enjoy the work they do. If you haven’t had an opportunity to go tour this place you need to, you will clearly see the difference between Bethany Nursing and Rehab and other local Lakewood nursing facilities.

My husband was a resident at Bethany and I cannot say enough good things about their caring staff. While there was little they could do in terms of improving his condition, they were so good to him...and to me. I send them a big THANK YOU for making his last year so good as was possible for both of us. And, yes, I most definitely recommend their facility.

Great experience. I was very apprehensive about putting my Aunt here for long term care, we hear lots of stories about nursing homes. We first talked to Rory, who was extremely helpful throughout the entire process assured us of the quality care my Aunt would be receiving and addressed all of our concerns. When arriving at the nursing home the facility was clean the staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to call anytime all hours of the night and check on my Aunt. Very please with Bethany and the staff. Great job!

I have been living at Bethany for 2 years now. I have been nominated as a President of our Resident Council in this Facility. I am very happy that I got nominated on this position, I do assists in our Outings, New Residents that comes in making them feel that they are very welcome here, as well as having our fundraiser going and etc. Our Therapy departments are Awesome! Nurses are great. And I love my garden.. I would love to Thank David for getting us what we need for our Activities so we can have other resident to participate.

I have recently completed a 12 week internship in the therapy department at Bethany. As someone who has had this unique perspective, I can say how impressed I am with the staff. The residents are treated with respect and dignity. Everyone from the nurses to the administrative staff are familiar with the residents. The therapy staff in particular take the time to ensure the residents get the attention they need and deserve.
