My experience with Stephen development is good they have well paid people there to do the job right the first couple times. I actually worked for Rock Oak which is Stephen development for a whole week it was alright except I had to go under a trailer it was tough but I still did it. I'm only 14 going to be 15 in June maybe they should hire smaller people so they can fit under trailer so the bigger people don't have to.
