We have expertise in appraising single-family homes, condominiums and 2-4 unit residential income properties. We provide mass valuation and data collection services to municipalities throughout New York State. We perform tax assessment challenges, market studies and provide litigation and forensic valuation services.

Our broad expertise and detail-oriented approach enables us to solve complex appraisal issues for our clients. We stay informed of developments pertaining to real property valuation, which allows us to provide our clients with valuations that reflect the latest in appraisal theory and practice. Services
The company was founded as a commercial and industrial real estate appraisal and consulting group to serve the appraisal, counseling and forensic litigation needs of financial institutions, local, state and federal government agencies, the legal community and the community at large.

Recognizing the community's need for quality residential appraisal services, primarily in the mortgage servicing area, we formed KLW Residential, Inc. with Eugene and Robert Koszarek in 1997, and expanded our appraisal staff to approximately ten associates.

On their website it states a 3-5 business day turn around. Two weeks for the first time. Now another week!! For just some paint on a barn and garage outside. They are holding up everyone. Literally just waiting to sign paperwork everything else is done. We could have been in our new house for Thanksgiving if this guy wasn't so lazy and ignorant. So frustrated and mad... Im ready to tell my husband (Mrozik) to pull the plug on everything unless they fix this.

Horrible appraisers , I sold my home and the buyers bank used this company they appraised my home for $500.00 less than what I sold it for . So I had to lower my sell price even though I had an agreement with the buyer . They basically screwed me out of $500.00 .
