I came here because I was tired of the way my old salon treated customers. My stylist at Ashley DeMasi Hair Studio was amazing! She advised what would look good but still gave me what I wanted.
She also gave a plan for fixing mistakes my previous stylist made on my hair. She went above and beyond to try to get me a nail appointment with a fully booked tech. I am beyond impressed with the customer service, and I finally have a haircut that I genuinely like. My experience with Ashley demasi hair was fantastic.

It's about understanding our guests needs and creating a high level of professionalism with a fun and friendly atmosphere where clients can relax and enjoy themselves. Ashley wanted to create a memorable experience for her clients by providing the highest quality salon services in a outgoing atmosphere.
Color history or use of medications must be addressed when consulting with your stylist. If you are currently under the care of an MD, it is YOUR responsibility to know if color services are compatible with any prescription medication or cancer treatment which you are currently being treated with, or have used prior to your color appointment.

This was my first experience at the studio, the studio is clean, and everyone is friendly and welcoming. Lauren B. did an amazing job with all over color and highlights on my hair, she was very professional and caring. Lauren wrote down everything she did on my hair and I was so happy to book my next appointment.

I've been here three times because I get my hair cut, literally, once a year. I've had Ashley DeMasi, the owner, cut my hair twice and Kari once. I had to go back to Kari to have it fixed after I washed and styled it myself, which she was able to accommodate immediately once I called.
I am extremely picky about my hair and it seems Ashley has been the only one to get it right-on in all my years.
