First I want to say that it was our first visit to this Salon. I brought my Grandaughters in for hair braiding and beading. Everyone in the Salon was very kind, however our appointments were at 4:30 with 2 different salonists. Our first little girl age 3 was not seen for 2 hours. Kayla was very nice and did a great job. Our second little girl was not taken back until 7 PM. I understand a reasonable wait time but this was not reasonable. The Grandaughter taken in at 7 had no beads placed because there were none. They did give us a tool and showed us how to apply beads. By the time we got home it

So basically my daughter came in for a lemonade hairstyle and I came in and didn't get in the chair until 240 and her appointment was at one, kids are just running around the store . She couldn't grip the back of my daughter's hair and I'm not sure why when everyone else could. On top of that the braids weren't the same size or swooped like a lemonade braid and it was fuzzy in less than a week wrapped at night an everything. I wouldn recommend Kayla for braids.

Brought my daughter here for a silk press! Kayla killed it!! We drove an hour and a half here and will most definitely return!

Gotta love your black owned hair salon where they slay your hair with good customer service.

Owner does not care about what’s best for the client. It seem like she was frustrated and started ripping my hair out instead of trying to detangle from the bottom and work her way up or even do a light cowash to help detangle... I will deftly not be returning!

They recently renovated and it looks so beautiful, very clean. I never have to tell my barber, Bill what to do, he just does his magic and I come out looking fresh!

At Flossy's they do excellent work. The staff are extremely nice. I would say it's a great place to go to get your hair done.

I went to B in November to do the Big Chop, & I loved my experience! It was a walk-in appointment, he was extremely professional and cut my hair exactly how I showed him with a picture. The receptionist was very friendly and made me comfortable because I was super nervous. DEFINITELY going again!

I just wanted to recommend B the barber here. I was referred to him by a friend that knew him. I called him and he fit my son in the same day and did his cut within 45 minutes from my calling.

Not only that, it was the best cut my son has ever gotten and for a VERY reasonable price of only $15 which is a typical price for children's cuts but what I appreciated the most was his attention to detail as well as his delicate demeanor with my 5 year old son that made him very comfortable with him. He spent more than any other barber has ever spent doing my son's hair and done 100x as good

I called at the last minute asked for an appointment asap was given an appointment for the very next day got to the salon the next day every single person said hello when I came in the door the stylist were absolutely great they were down to the earth fun and made me laugh it felt as tho I knew them all although it was my very first visit I showed a picture of how I wanted my hair and I was not disappointed with the outcome Regina was very accommodating and a hard worker I will definitely go back and I will refer others to FLOSSYS!!!!!!
