I had kids in Kidtown, As a firefighter it is a very unsafe workplace, teachers were always very respectful and my kids love them, but the staff in the office have always been rude to me. As far as techers go, they are pretty good to my kids. But when it comes to dealing with the office people, they have been stuck up since the very beggining.

Director was very cold and unfriendly. Also blamed my child for every incident relating to the SAME issues, involving the SAME other child. I felt my daughter wasn't being heard or understood for her actions. When I mentioned my child's statements about the incident, the director told me that she was probably making it up. Unbelievable! I immediately removed her from the school, knowing that I was doing the right thing. My child deserves a school that cares about her. Everyone else was polite.

If you have a special needs child, do not, I repeat, do not bring them here. Outrageous, misleading and after only a week, they have kicked my 7 year old autistic son out of daycare, after one week. I had made it perfectly clear of his condition and had them saying "no problem, we can handle him" that was absolutely incorrect. Can I get a refund on the reservation fees I paid a week ago, that's a big no. So now I have to take off of work because I can't afford to send him back to his more capable and far more reliable daycare because of this embezzling daycare. I'm so incredibly upset that this

I can't thank enough the staff at kidtown. From the front desk to the teachers to the kitchen lady. Every morning when I drop off my kids I am greeted with a smile by whoever is at the front desk. Kidtown is exactly what I was looking for in a preschool. Being home for the past 4 years with my kids I needed a school that made them feel like home, at the beginning was a struggle but the teachers (ms. Bianca, ms. Miranda and ms. Paola) made this transitions so smooth for me. I was always reassure that they will be fine! Now my kids wake up happy to go school! Another thing that i want to point

Kidtown USA is great for an after school and summer camp for kids. The staff is friendly and good with the kids. During the summer they are taking field trips every day. They do pick up from all the local elementary schools in the area. Never had an issue with them and have been using them for years.
