This was a Friday mid day, he was there before expected, checked everything out explained what was wrong and fixed the problem. Found what will need to be fixed at a later date and explained and made notes. He was very informative, and took pride in what he was doing. Doug was very professional with all aspects of my tankless water heater install. He explained the installation process and made sure I understood everything that was going to happen. If he had questions he asked them. After the installation, they explained how to use the system, where they put the product literature and ensured the workspace was cleaned up. To be fair they left it better then they found it. I highly recommend DorMar.

This was for the annual check of the furnace. Corey had finished his previous appointment early and called to ask if it would be convenient for him to come to my house early and I said yes. He gave me an estimate of his arrival time. He was professional but also personable. The furnace is located in a room off the kitchen so we talked while he was working. He checked the furnace and replaced the filters with the new ones I had. There were no problems with the furnace so all went well. I enjoyed his visit as well as I was glad the furnace was good. Horrible customer service. I can't believe they run an HvAC business but then are closed in the weekends. Must e nice to leave things on autopilot. The problem is that things break on weekends. This makes me Leary about using them for anything

I would give them a zero if it would let me. Terrible service we paid them the 1st time they came out and system worked great for 1 day just like it did for the past 4years. After that it took them 15 plus times to fix what they messed up and want to charge us more

Stay far away from this company. I had them come to look at my ac and some duck work I needed done. Well they come out supper fast hey great. Well they tell me I need a new unit. Okay mine was old made in 1988. So the tech on site quotes me $9500 4 a 4 ton unit and simple duck work. Well I had more questions and they sent a supervisor to my house.… He trys a used car trick. Called his boss says some cheesy lines and the price drops to $8000. I ask how long I have to make the decision he says I need a answer today. So I argue and he gives me ten days on the quote. Okay well I Google the unit

Ive been waiting 3 weeks for them to fix my a/c and no one shows up despite daily promises someone is coming. Rude staff, I'm now getting "ma'am we don't know why no one is coming". and "We don't know what to tell you". They accepted a contract from my rental company to fix the a/c but refuse to honor it by showing up and I can't even get someone to call back. Unbelievable.

Had issues with my outside ac unit they sent technician Alan out and he was able to quickly diagnose the problem and get it fixed. He was quick professional and knowledgeable about the unit, i have had 3 other companies in the past do ac work and none are compared to Dor-Mar or the technician Alan i will never use another company, and recommend them to my friends and family.

When called to have someone come out they were very friendly. Seen that they had good reviews I thought it would be a pleasant experience due to my lack in HVAC knowledge, well I was WRONG. They Wanted to "fix" something that wasn't concerning and the real issue was not fully addressed. Then never called with estimate but instead got a phone call saying "hey we are on our way to put in your parts". Which was upsetting knowing that even them putting the parts that were ordered wouldn't fix and would be out more money potentially and another night relying on a space

I wish I had enough time and energy to share my family's entire experience with Dor Mar in Newark Ohio. I think what is most important people know about this company is they are infamous for 'up charging their clients' as well as giving misinformation in and effort to make sales. DOR MAR EMPLOYEES WORK OFF OF COMMISSION. They get a percentage of all sales and have sales goals. We had an air conditioner go out, and they replaced not only the one that went out but another that 'was about to go out' as it was very old and it was expected to be covered under homeowners insurance

Terrible company. Dont use DorMar, go CARE if they service your area. My furnace quit and it was cold so I needed someone fast. DorMar offers same day service. They charge a $170 annual maintenance package for this service. Then any parts or additional labor charged on tip of that. Tech couldnt fix it and said someone would have to come back to rerun vent. The office said they couldnt tell me what this would cost bc they didn't know if it would be one or 2 guys and each guy is$85/hour!! So my husband fixed it. Then a month later it quit working again so i called DorMar thinking that initial

We bought the maintenance plan and found out our AC was leaking freon and would cost $250 a pound to fill back up (looking at $1500 to do that). We had just done this about a year and a half ago with another company, so we knew he was on track with his evaluation. The AC was about 24 years old--and we didn't want to invest more $ in it; so bought a new AC. The whole process was quick and the guys were all great. I even called Steven to see about a more expensive model that maybe had a higher efficiency rating and he said the model we were getting (Coleman) was the right size for us-

We installed a new thermostat. Problem was, it required the unused "C" wire (common wire). I could not find where to hook it up in the furnace so I had to call them for an after hours call as we were getting cold. They gave me a 2-hour response time. It turned in to a nearly 3-hour. I had to call them back for an update. They told me it would cost $139 for an after hours call. The guy seemed kinda rude on the phone and acted like he didn't want the work, even after I told him we were freezing. He only took it after I said, "you mean there is nobody trained to hook this up?"
