Services
Our dedicated, experienced staff combines compassion with the latest in veterinary technology to provide the highest level of care possible for your pet. We understand that a pet is part of the family, and from the moment your pet enters our hospital he or she becomes part of our family, too. We hope to partner with you in giving your pet as many happy, healthy years as possible.
At Sultan Veterinary Clinic, we are proud to offer a comprehensive range of services to address your pet's specific veterinary needs. From the first checkup to senior exams, you can count on us every step of the way! For any questions on our high-quality services or if you would like to schedule an appointment, call us today at (360) 793-3300.
When you make your first appointment with us, we'll ask for the name and contact information for your previous veterinarian so we can call and have those records sent to us. If you prefer, you can give us any previous veterinary records when you arrive. Please have your dogs leashed and under control, and for their safety, have cats in a carrier.
Annual exams are your pet's first line of defense. We focus on preventative care and recommend our patients have a wellness check-up annually, which includes a full nose-to-tail physical exam as well as a dental exam. Sultan Veterinary Clinic's comprehensive annual exams include checking their overall health by taking their temperature, examining skin and coat, lung and cardiac function, internal health, oral hygiene, eyes, ears, and demeanor.
Surgery is often the most effective way to treat serious injuries and disorders, and Sultan Veterinary Clinic is proud to offer state-of-the-art facilities and equipment. Our clinic provides a full range of surgical services. We work closely with other local veterinarians to refer our clients to them for more complex surgeries.

I never leave reviews but this one needs to be said. We have been going to this vet since 2016 and while it's been fine, (not stellar but, it's convenient for us) it's also been very pricey.

We have two large dogs and the lack of just checking the records or listening to us as pet parents is mind boggling. I brought them in for their annual shots at the end of August and had said to give them everything they need for the year, etc. They only gave them a rabies shot but charged me $45+ $3 biohazard fee EACH for a 10 minute exam. I paid it, left even though it was a bit extreme

I Have been going to this Vet for over 8 years and was once happy with the Vet and staff. Took our dog Cody in for his yearly shots and 1 week later he lost about 20 pounds and was so very sick and we had to put him down that was 4 years ago. 3 weeks ago took our golden / Lab in for shots and same thing happened we tried so hard to save her but she was past that point "when a dog does not eat for 10 days it's like watching your dog starve the vet asst Katie knew of this and had no compassion at all. In fact she said her words "if you have to stick your whole fist down her "

I have been going here since I moved to Gold Bar, probably a year ago now. And I can't imagine going anywhere else. Everyone in the office is so sweet and genuine. They have been amazing with all four of my dogs. And I recently sent my childhood lab over the rainbow bridge at Sultan Vet. I sobbed all over the place and the moment couldn't have been handled better by staff. They were gentle with me and my lab nori. They let me have as much time as I needed to both make my decision and to say good bye. They made an incredibly awful and heartbreaking day bearable. Words cannot express my

These guys are great! When you bring in your furry family member they don't jump to expensive procedures. They work with you to eliminate possible issues and work there way from there. Which I can't say for my previous vet. The team is always friendly and nice from the moment you come in to the time you leave. They also call to check up on your pet the following day.

I have been a veterinary technician and/or practice manager for the majority of my adult life, so I am pretty aware of the care that my pets need and what kind of people I want administering that care to them. I have to say that I was so impressed by Sultan Vet! Their support staff was professional, friendly, and thorough, and Dr. Wendt was pleasant and to the point. As a new client, they were able to see my pet in a timely manner and get her the medications she needed quickly. They didn't try to do an unnecessary workup - it was more like, "let's start here, and if we don&apos

Not impressed.
Upon entering the exam room, I noticed that the exam table was filthy with hair and dirt, the vet tech. proceeded to then place my pet on the dirty table. I mentioned that the table should be cleaned first, she stated that it would be fine. No I don't think so. you don't put my fur baby on a filthy table.

They had me convinced that I should leave my beloved pet overnight with them. I was under the impression that there would be someone there to observe her, but no, there wasn't anyone there at all. So basically she was alone in a cage from 5pm till the next morning

I will forever love the people in this clinic. They have shown true care and compassion for my bunny. They work with Becks Place which helps low income families with pets. They were more concerned about Izzys symptoms than anything.

Staff seems friendly and thorough. Not sure the Puppy Plan was the best deal; make sure you ask for the flyer about it before you buy it (it doesn't include heart worm and flea meds). Minimal wait time. Overheard the receptionist on the phone with a long call and she was unbelievably patient with a distraught and possibly forgetful person on the other end. We will probably take all our dogs here if it continues like this.

This place has been amazing with all our animals. Yesterday we had a emergency with our cat. They squeezed her in to make her comfortable. I would highly recommend this Vet.

We recently had an issue of our cat not doing a #2. He was backed up. Of course this happens right after we pay up all bills and have less than $100 until payday. My wife called and explained our situation. She dropped off our kitty and had to go to work. They observed him during the day, found that he has a large hair clump (long hair, Maine Coon type cat) and gave us a tube of kitty stool softener. Only charged us $65. Bothell pet hospital is awesome and has been our only place to take our pets but coming here now makes so much more sense. We were so skeptical because most vets just gouge you
