After moving to Albuquerque, my 6 year old grandson was in a lot of pain and needed some major dental work done asap. I took him to a family dental practice near our home, but found the level of care and professionalism unacceptable. After an extensive search for the right dentist, I found Mountain View Pediatric Dentistry where they were able to get him in quickly. I thought he might need to go to the hospital and be anesthetized, however Dr. Hatch and his staff got him through the procedure in the office despite a total lack of acceptance and minimal cooperation on my grandson's part! Phenomenal service with friendly and pleasant staff. Our son's appointments were scheduled for 12:00pm and 12:30pm. We arrived at 11:50am and was immediately taken to the back. Our boys were finished before 12:30pm including a full cleaning and oral examination (with discussion) by both the hygienist and Dentist. Great experience!

We have been going here since my oldest now 3 was 6 weeks old for a lip and tongue tie correction. We then brought our newest little one for the same thing. The staff is very patient and Dr. Hatch is very kind in explaining everything and answering any questions. I recommend this office to everyone who asks and everyone who needs a referral in my mom groups online .

I have worked for many pediatric dentists and none of them care for the children the way Dr Hatch does. My son is on the autism spectrum and was very nervous to come into the dentist (even though his mother is a dental assistant) but Dr Hatch made him feel comfortable. The advanced technology and staff are great. They don't pressure the children into doing anything they are not comfortable with and extremely patient with everyone, patients AND parents. Thank you Dr Hatch and staff for such a wonderful experience.
