My son recently began treatment with Dr. Cohen and his staff and let me be the first to say that it has been by far the best experience with an orthodontist. We decided to get multiple opinions before selecting our treatment provider and Dr. Cohen by far blew them all out of the water. We loved the way he explained his point of view as far as treatment to get our son to where he needs to be but also keeping him where he needs to be the farther he goes in life. He never leaves any stone un-turned and always makes sure questions are answered. Ashley, Emily and Michelle are great about always answering

Just moved to McKinney from So Cal with my daughter in mid treatment. We are thrilled to have found Dr. Cohen and staff. The transition has been seamless for my daughter, and the Dr. and staff and always so kind, caring and accommodating. They even squeezed in my 2 college kids who were in town for the holidays, each with different concerns, and no dentist nearby their respective schools. OrthodonTex and Dr. Cohen are a solid 5 stars!

I was the clinical coordinator for an orthodontic practice for 12 years in a different state. I was very picky about who would treat my kids when we moved here. I went to multiple offices until I found Dr. Cohen. He takes his time with each patient, educates them, utilizes up to date technology and has the friendliest, most customer oriented staff who go out of their way to make sure the patient is well cared for. Prices are competitive and very fair with payment options. Overall, the service and quality is more than I could have asked for- I recommend OrthodonTEX to all my friends and anyone needing

These people are so great. I needed adult braces and Orthodontex helped make it happen for me since insurance doesn't cover braces for adults!
Dr. Cohen personally called to checkup on me the day after I got them put on. That's great customer service right there!
They send out a ton of appointment reminder texts to make sure you don't forget your appointment! Love it.

Referred by Mckinney dentist as we just moved here from MI and my son's teeth were starting to shift back. They fit us in right away. He made my son a new bottom brace at no charge. Who does that anymore?? I will definitely bring our youngest here for her braces. HE was honest with me and for that I am grateful and I wanted to spread the word in return. Great place!

Dr. Cohen and his team worked extremely professionally to work me in for a last minute appointment before spring break. I needed a bottom permanent retainer to be re-bonded. He quickly reshaped and re-bonded the retainer I had. I was in and out in less than an hour. His staff kindly waived my payment as a first time customer. I would definitely return and recommend friends and family to this practice!

I highly recommend Cohen Orthodontics!! My daughter has been under the care of Dr. Cohen for two years now. He has an amazing bed side manner! He truly listens to his clients and gives them time! Very rare in this day and age! Her teeth have turned out beautiful, and he is continuing to monitor as her twelve year molars come in. We love Cohen Orthodontics!!!
