To ensure quality home care services we provide extensive classroom and in-home orientation for our nursing staff. Clinical support and supervision is available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day to ensure care of the highest quality. Our experienced pediatric home care nurse management team provides an organized and safe transition from hospital to home for children with ventilators, tracheostomies, and other complex medical needs. Extensive training is provided to all RNs and LPNs in the classroom and home setting. Our highly skilled nursing team works collaboratively with physicians and families to develop and implement an individualized plan of care for each child.
