Dr. Case did a terrible laser procedure which left my face burned and blistered. He refused to take responsibility for the effects. This was supposed to be a final touch up procedure, but his nurse quit suddenly and he treated me. The experience was painful and he did not listen to me when I told him something wasn’t right. I do not trust this doctor.

DO NOT go to Dr. Todd Case for a breast augmentation. I got my breast augmentation done in 2015 and I’m still experiencing a lot of pain. He did not make them look symmetrical and the one that is lower causes me a lot pain. I regret getting them done with him. When I went back for my final visit I was livid because he wanted me to pay the same amount to fix the mistake he made. Please do your research before getting a big procedure done and above all, avoid Dr. Case.

I was very impressed with my initial consultation. Dr Case told me he would be giving me a muscle relaxer with the pain meds, and the staff was lovely, But after paying the non refundable fee ( a huge amount that will take years to pay back, he refused to give me the muscle relaxer even though I told him I have fibromyalgia and the surgery would be so restrictive ( no exercise, no hot tub soaks, no streatching to control my body pain and muscle spasms,) that I genuinly needed the medication he promised me. He is cold, uncaring, rigid, and I no longer feel safe that he has my best interest at heart

Dr. Todd Case performed a breast augmentation on me nearly a year ago and I couldnt be happier. Perfect size, perfect shape, and a great experience all together. I recommend him to my friends and family and would definitely go back to him for other procedure should the need arise. The office staff are some of the nicest people that I have ever encountred.
