Dr. Rao left me with a botched nose job. When I went to my initial consultation, I explained to him the problems I was having breathing and I didn’t like the way my nose looked due to a dorsal hump and how crooked it was. He told me he could fix the appearance and function. Months after the surgery I still thought my nose looked crooked and my nostrils weren’t the same size. My breathing issues got even worse than before. I brought up these problems multiple times and he would always say “its swelling it will get better over time”. I was already 9 months post op and my nose looked crooked

Someone should tell this doctor he isn't at the High school lunch table anymore. After telling dr.rao about my problem him and his 2 assistants laughed so loud I could hear them through the door and again as I walked past when leaving. Also been lied to for 3 months about scheduling. Whenever I call all I get is they'll call me in 2 weeks. The reason doctors shouldn't be trusted and only do what they do for $$$.

I really wanted to schedule my procedure with Dr. Rao. I was torn between him and another surgeon in Tucson but his staff made my decision easy! If they were rude for my scheduling I can only imagine if I had a problem. Sad because the Dr. was extremely nice but we all know we have to go through staff to get to him & I figured it would be a nightmare. I was asking questions about scheduling, wanted to confirm and clarify something and all she kept saying was “like I said” as if I was inconveniencing her by asking again. Her tone was rude, stand-offish and overall not pleasant.

HORRIBLE DOCTOR, would not recommend to no one. Went for a breast augmentation back in 2019 breast were uneven & was told they would call me to schedule another surgery to fix my right implant never got a call back. Ended up calling the office a month later was told “doctor is busy we will call back” never called back.

Dr. Rao is the nices doctor I have met. He done an amazing job on my procedure in May 2018 & again in August 2020. I won't go anywhere else. He cares for his patients, he listens & never tries to sell them anything they don't actually need. He's work skills are outstanding. I couldn't be happier with the way everything he had done tured out.

I would highly recommend Rao Plastic Surgery. Dr Arun Rao was very good about thoroughly explaining my tummy tuck with lipo. He was confident & caring throughout the whole process. I am beyond pleased with my results so far & am happy I made this decision to go with Dr Rao. I have a condition that causes malabsorption, therefore I had concerns about my recovery but I have been ahead of the curve as I’ve followed Dr Rao’s guidance during recovery. Even my general surgeon said this would be a good idea as well Dr Rao is very good. This made me feel better that I was making the right decision

I went to Doctor Rao for a rhinoplasty and I would 100% recommend him to anyone interested in the procedure! My nose turned out absolutely beautiful!! Dr Rao is very careful and very talented, after my surgery I did not have a single bruise on my face. He artistically created the most suitable nose for my face. I had the best experience with Rao Plastic Surgery! I had a blepharoplasty procedure to remove excess skin from my eyelids. He and his staff were very professional, courteous and informative. Dealing with appointments was very painless, as they are utilizing email and phone contact. My procedure went great! Dr. Rao is an extremely professionally skilled surgeon, personable and ensured all of my concerns and questions were answered. I am post surgery 6+ months and my eyes look great! I recommend Dr. Rao for anyone considering a surgical or cosmetic procedure.
