Agreements were not met and deals were changed, I should have had a contract written up. Definitely a big lesson learned on my part from dealing with the shady owner of this establishment.
The work that was performed numerous times were all botched jobs.
There are a few decent people that work here.

I went here to get an emission test, they're process was super easy and fast. Sign in, take a seat, wait until you're called, get your car checked, $20 cash and off you go. There were about 3 people in front of me but I wasn't there for longer than 20 minutes. The staff was very pleasant.
Entering is a bit confusing, the door to the shop is the the right of the gas station kiosk. I wasn't sure where I was going so I asked the women behind and the kiosk and she kindly helped me.
My problem was that the gentleman who was doing the emissions tests wasn't wearing a mask

This is my own experience dealing with rude incompetent individual- my mother had her car repaired at Story bross few months back. Couple doors were dented and needed to be repaired and painted also they recommend to repair rust spot on wheel well on 2007 Honda Accord at additional cost. She agreed to it since she had work done there before over the course of years. Few months after rust started showing up again. She went in and they said to comeback at later day because manager or owner has health issues-understandable. She came back week after and they brushed her off again. She called multiple

The mechanic was absolutely amazing that handled my car for emissions he was nice he smiled and very courteous....now the gentleman that checks on old man white hair..very rude definitely not customer friendly, 1st he called me sir never corrected himself or apologized, I tried to ask a question he cut me off told me sign up and sit down no further directions as to anything to do, so needless to say, my search continues for a good mechanic business to bring my car after that encounter!!! Otherwise I'd give 5 stars off the mechanic alone!!

I do not recommend this place they charged me for unauthorized work. after talking to Bob the owner I brought the car in again. over $600 later car still not fixed. I bring the car back to him, 3 days later my car still in his shop so I thought! come to find out an employee took my car to his home in Bristol to work on it. now I know by now u think I'm lying right? well to my surprise Bob told me himself which I have on video. he basically asked us to leave and told us he will not fix my car since I told him I'm filing a complaint with DMV. oh and I did post the video on my Facebook

Had the worst experience ever here for a simple admissions test on my car, took it here thinking everything would be done well I was wrong, so after the admissions I noticed scratches on my passenger rear fender once I got home which clearly were not there before doing emissions. So I took the car back to where it was done and they dined doing the damage even though it was clearly there fault, and what was even worse is that the owner did nothing at all to help with the situation, haven't even owned the car for a month they Did not even offer to help fix it or at least pay for half which would

Got a great deal on a 4Runner off the old man (who looks remarkably young for his age). He really helped us out when we needed it. Guaranteed the vehicle and when it had a small issue (faulty gas cap created evap leak) he brought it in gave it a full diagnostic, fixed it and sent me on my way. No charge and he seemed happy to help us. This is a great place.

Customer Beware!!!.. This is just my opinion, but this place is a joke! The vehicle had a front end rattle clearly noticeable by a 1st grader..So I recently had my front suspension replaced by a friend thinking that was where the rattle was coming from..Unfortunately that didn't fix the problem and I was told from him that he was 100% sure it was the motor mounts ..He said he could do them but it would be easier to bring it somewhere "respectable" that a had a lift..After leaving my car @ Story Bros., their first call to me , I was told " nothing wrong"!, OMG!! Story Brothers was recommended to me for body work. I met with Jeff who manages this part of the business. He is very pleasant to deal with and he has a very hectic job as I watched him as handle calls and staff. He explained the necessary repairs and I felt confident that SB's is the correct choice for me. The repair work was completed on time and the repair looked as good as new. If I needed body repair again ,hopefully not, I would definitely return. I only met one other employee, who delivered my vehicle to me and he was just as respectable as Jeff. Says something for the company.

Absolutely fantastic service. I went to Story Bros. with an insurance claim and they took care of everything - from the estimate, to the repair and even arranging a rental car. The repairs were perfect, and they even detailed the car before I got it back. Jeff was great and I could not recommend them more - I will certainly be back!

Took my Truck to Story brother's for what was showcased as a high end detailing job. I was very disappointed, especially after spending almost $300 to find several obvious mistakes that other detail places charging HALF the amount would have taken care of. Wax (or some type coating) very evident that it had not been completely wiped off in a of couple places, one large swatch on a door (my 9year old even noticed!), not all the plastic trim wiped to "shine".... Windshield had the residue from two stickers (I removed prior) still there....wondering if they even cleaned the glass

I brought my BMW to Story Brothers for some body work and was amazed with the results! They were able to remove all of my scratches (one of which was very deep) and restored the paint to factory specifications. I am a perfectionist when it comes to the appearance of my car and I was very satisfied! I highly recommend this shop!

Story Brothers was the only place my mom would go to for gas. She was on to something even back then. We have brought our cars here whenever necessary, and the service was excellent. Bob's attention to detail, and expectation that his employees do the same, is admirable, and something not often seen in business anymore. Story Brothers is out to help repair problems in an honest, and reasonably priced way.
