These guys do great work very friendly straightforward that is and they'll never rip you off prices always ultimately Fair when a local shop in plainville told me $1,000 for a job they told me $250 I mean they were just replacing a power steering hose but that local garage was just willing to rip me off for book price whatever you want to call it. I also hear these guys have been in plainville for 30 years I recommend everybody to go to them.

Super satisfied with the service. Rick is very experienced, has fair prices and gets the job done right away. Callled about 10 places quoting me 150$+ just to replace my grill, he did it in 1/3 of the price. That’s what 50 years of experience gets you. Honest and nice guy, recommend anyone for any car issues.

I had a fender bender which damaged my rear bumper- I dropped the car off on Tuesday and it was returned to me on Thursday with absolutely NO SIGN of any damage that was done to this vehicle. The owner Rick was very personable and obviously a craftsman at his job. His price was right on the money with the estimate given by the appraiser for the insurance company. I would highly recommend this auto body shop for pristine timely service!

My husband and I usually do the work ourselves, but for one job just didn't have the tools we needed. P&B is about a mile from our house, so I popped by to see if they had time to fix my window regulator. They gave me a reasonable estimate, were flexible on the timeline, accommodated me quickly, and did a great job. I will definitely go back in the future!
