Really confused by the positive reviews. Possibly the worst service I’ve ever had at a salon. I was told to arrive 1 hour before my scheduled appointment, and after I arrive on time, I have to wait 30 minutes before anyone is available. The technician rushed through the service. There was confusion over which service I had booked which included a massage (that I had already paid for), and when it was realized, she was annoyed to do it. Will not be back.

Extremely overpriced with hidden fees and poor service. Nails were cut crooked several times and sloppy paint job. Also the worst threading I've ever gotten - painful and they reshaped my brows conpletely (not in a good way.)

I really liked the person who did my nails, but i got a gel and extension set for $85 dollars. I don’t have this kind of money lying around but I thought if it was that expensive is might be the best quality. Turns out they are extremely thin and I already broke one of them off after grabbing my blanket lightly and it’s only been a day. Now i have to go back in and pay more. I just feel like the quality of the work doesn’t cost $85 dollars and I’m frustrated that more could break so easily soon.

After reading the reviews on Lenox Spa and nails I decided to give them a call. I spoke with Daisy and told her what I wanted but also asked a lot of questions. She sensed my hesitation and told me there was a more natural gel option that uses a non-uv led lamp and soaks off easily. She was very helpful as I had called a few times with questions.The nail product was called Beulah, if I am not mistaken

I've been in search of a new salon for the past year and finally found a go to. I called last week for a gel manicure and spa pedicure and they were able to take me quickly. Sofia gave me the best manicure and pedicure I have ever had. She was friendly, attentive, and took her time. Additionally, the location was spacious, clean, and relaxing. I have been receiving compliments on my nails daily. So happy to find this place.

Had a super pleasant experience yesterday!
Came here to remove my power dip and do a regular gel manicure because I wanted to switch it up. Bertha was excellent at removing the powder dip with care and patience to not damage the surface of my nails.
She then filed and cleaned my nails, leaving them shaped beautifully!
The gel manicure looks great and I'll definitely be returning! She listened to me and applied an extra coat too.
It seems like they are really good for SNS powder dip too so I will try that next time as well.
Additionally, Daisy, who I believe is the owner, is SO sweet.

Initially I was happy with my nail extensions when I left. I was told that my nails were dry after 30 minutes of sitting there. Unfortunately, I got on the bus 5 mins later and noticed a huge gash on one of my fingers. I live pretty far so I couldn't just go back so easily to have it fixed. I got my set done on a Saturday and by Tuesday extensions were cracking at the seams where powder is used to fill in the nail. By Wednesday I had 2 broken ones. Typically a nail extension set lasts me 2 weeks and then I just get a fill in. Also, be prepared to pay tips via cash or Venmo because you cannot tip

I made an appointment for 3 manicures and pedicures for myself and two teenage daughters. The staff was completely unprofessional. One who did my daughters manicure was upset because she had to do her pedicure. She stated she was busy. When she was clearly just sitting on her phone. They were talking about us in Spanish as if I didn’t understand a d when I spoke back to them in Spanish her attitude changed . I spend 220 dollars for horrible service !!! They seem lazy and annoyed to do their job. Unprofessional. I live right across he street and I’ll make sure I tell my neighbors about our experience

Apologies for the long review!!! I am not one to write bad reviews (I really mean that) and I am also a non-confrontational person. I really wanted to enjoy my experience at Lenox Spa and Nails considering the great reviews it had. However that was not the case for me.
I arrived a little before my appointment and they were ready for me which was awesome! My nail tech was Sofia and she began removing my previous dip powder. I had gotten ombre done at another salon and normally that involves more layers and takes a bit longer to remove. I'll skip the details on the removal process

Wanted to love this place and give a great review as the place is sparkling clean and the service is good. However, I am really disappointed by the quality of work (though I believe some other nail techs are prob much better). My nail tech does not seem experienced or skilled, and did such a poor job on cleaning my cuticles and filing. She also took very long to colour my nails and still missed a few spots.

I have to give this salon top marks! I've had my nails done here several times, they do a great gel mani/pedi. Service isn't rushed but not too slow. Large selection of OPI, Essie, Zoya polishes. All the girls do a really nice job, I remember Maya and Sara especially. In light of COVID times, I'll also say they are even cleaner than previously. Handwashing, temp checks, etc and few customers in at a time. Recommend making an appointment! You'll love it.

Up until the January 2020 I was a regular since I followed my manicurist from another salon to Lenox Nails.
It is unfortunate that when making an appt they don't really honor them and I just decided that I had enough...There's nail place almost every block and with great recommendation from a neighbor I landed a place that appreciates my loyalty. Sara is great if you get lucky and wonder in and get her..

Modern place with an awesome and rare customer service. The owner personally took care of my needs and went above and beyond to make me happy. I had a very relaxing lavander spa pedicure and I'm in love with the shape of my nails.
Fun fact: I forgot to charge my phone before going to the salon and guess what... they even had chargers attached to each chair!

I had a very pleasant experience during my last visit to Lenox Spa. I received a gel manicure, and it turned out very nicely. My technician was friendly and meticulous, and the rest of the staff was also very attentive and courteous. I'm impressed by the skills of the technicians at Lenox Spa and the quality of their customer service. I plan to return in the future.

I came here on a Friday evening. It was a little busy but I picked my color and got seated quick. I came here for a Mani Pedi. I called ahead to make an appt but I got there super early and got seated speedily. Front desk staff was extremely nice and attentive they offered coffee, tea or water. I came in for a regular mani pedi but considered doing tips. They gave me an outrageous price for tips though. I'm from Astoria maybe that's why I was thrown aback? Anyway the ambiance is great very clean bright place. My nail technician wasn't really the warmest she seemed upset when I asked

Its a new salon in the neighborhood, so clean, they used sterilized tools for every customer, so serene and zen environment.
I went there on thanksgiving eve for a manicure pedicure, i got excellent manicure and pedicure, for grand opening special they have 20% on their services.
I recommend this place for everyone. Its a hidden gem for this neighborhood.
