I had Integral come out to my house on a Saturday to help me with a couple issues I was having with two different laptops. Adam was the technician who came to help me out and I couldn't have been happier with the outcome. He contacted me in the morning to let me know about what time he'd be at my home, he was on time, very knowledgeable, and a great conversationalist. I was referred to Integral by a friend when my computer started acting up. Integral sent someone who checked it out and gave me very sound advice on the best option I had. They retrieved my data and transferred it to my new computer, a great deal on a used Dell. They set everything up for me and answered all my questions. It was so much worth the expense to hire Integral. I could not have done this without them and their expertise.

I'm a total Luddite who needed to swap out an old computer with a new one and copy everything over to the new one.
