This location is in need of additional training and not up to Ritz Carlton standards generally. When employees consistently fail to perform, it's a direct reflection on training and management. When you can't fire people up, sometimes you need to fire them. When a guests expects the pool to be 82 degrees, keep the pool at 82 degrees. Having to call the front desk to have an engineer adjust the pool is a disgrace.

Had an opportunity to eat at the Cantina Beach while staying at the Ritz. While waiting for our reservation, we had the guacamole with a drink at the bar. Some reviews I read said it was so-so but we thought it was very good with fresh flavors. We asked the staff for recommendations for dinner. We decided to follow their lead rather than go with our usual (split an order of fajitas). So glad we did. Based on recommendations, we shared the crispy shrimp appetizer and the verde salad with blackened seasonal catch. Both were excellent and more than enough for two people. After having the guacamole

I thought following 2015's "Black Tax" debacle the CLT Ritz had learned its lesson, obviously not. I've stayed at this Ritz dozens of time, and hung out in the lounge/ BLT dozens more. Every time I come to this Ritz Ive valeted. Keep-in-mind it's normal for all hotels/ restaurants to park luxury vehicles in the front - which is true for me even at this Ritz except when Mike from valet is working. I have wonderful relationships with the staff at BLT/ lounge Servicer's and now I'm so disgusted with Mikes racist ignorant behavior that I'm considering never returning

First come, first served, but not always..
We regularly go to the Ritz-Carlton at key Biscayne. The Cantina restaurant you can’t reserve, so it is first come, first served. We made the mistake of going there on a long weekend. Despite having several tables available, we were told to wait 40min because, it was a long weekend, or we were not hotel guests, or there was a large group coming,… I went to the front desk to inquire about the policy, and couldn’t get a straight answer either. We have eaten here before and tolerated the high price given the setup. Clearly this was a last time.

The food was mediocre at best. The fajitas resembled a pot of tough beef braised in steak sauce. You would expect more from a Ritz Carlton-affiliated restaurant. At least get some fun margarita glasses to match the beachside setting. A Days Inn would offer better food and more ambiance than this joint.

Expensive hotel 5 star booked in advance thru Amex travel. Arrive after a long day of travel to find no food on the property via room service or at property restaurants.

It was not busy at all (only 3 tables were occupied by patrons) yet waited over 5 minutes for the host to appear and check us in for our reservations. And the whole check in experience was strange. It all just seemed so weird that we just decided to get a snack instead of the dinner there that we planned. We ordered guacamole and 2 drinks... which cost $75.... disappointing especially considering the guacamole was mediocre at best and the 2 drinks were less than that. Our waitress was very nice and attentive which was a plus, but unfortunately there were too many minuses for us to return. Really

Absolutely great stay! We were there right at the beginning of COVID and business closures, so we were not able to take advantage of all the great business around this hotel. We received an upgrade to their best suite, and it was fabulous! The staff was great + Champagne upon arrival...we will be back!

Amazing location where you can have Mexican food with a view. The staff was extremely helpful and professional, menu is somehow limited.
Food tasted good but honestly a bit overpriced (understandable) due to its location, we had Steak Fajitas, Steak Tacos, Guacamole and chips & 4 beers for a $90 Tab.
Make sure you include the Valet parking fee during your visit since it is the only wait to park your vehicle.

Beautiful hotel in I town Charlotte off Trade Street. It's unfortunate there is construction going on right now (February 2020) as it is difficult to get to the front of the building. They have valet parking. $20 for a day pass.
You are greeted with a bellman to open your door and someone welcoming you to the Ritz. The lobby is beautiful. I took I tired to show just how pretty it is.
I didn't spend the night here. Rather I attended a two-day conference in the conference center on the second floor. The staff did an excellent job taking care of the 200 attendees. The setup for breakfast

ALMOST STEALING. Come on RC. I stopped by your bar before Trans Siberian Orgestra show Saturday night to buy a round of drinks for friends (we're locals). Shame on me for not checking the price of a glass of wine but .... come on, $50 for a glass of Artemis??? I bought a whole 750ml bottle yesterday at $55 Total Wine. Burtons up the street sells Caymus by the glass for $20 ... YOU want $50 for Stags Leap? You pay the same price (if not less) wholesale as everyone else but want to JACK the price because it's the RC? Your bar is no different or better than any of the others we frequent

So my review specifically regarding the Ritz Carlton K bar area located on their main floor. The hotel itself holds true to standard but the bar has plenty of perks as well. I enjoy coming Friday evenings to hear their live jazz band. I have come over the years and the band may have changed because their typically is a vocalist accompanying the band. This evening their was not but the place was packed. Our waitress was so personable and for the amount of people she was servicing, I was impressed. She was detailed with her food and drink recommendations, attentive and accurate with the orders and

Very beautiful as usual . Every time i come no matter the city , the service is impeccable. The lobby here is large and welcoming . They have live Jazz every night and it's close to lots of shopping and restaurants. If you're doing business down town , no need to rent a car as everything is so close you can walk or Uber

My wife and I spent the day at the Ritz spa for our anniversary and could not have been happier with our experience. An extra special thanks to Steven for going above and beyond to make sure we had a great day. Also thanks to Harvey for his help showing me around the men's lounge.
We chose the couples massage on this visit and both feel it was well worth the money. If you plan to purchase a service at the spa, I highly recommend spending some extra time before or after exploring the facility. It is incredible! They have a large heated pool upstairs along with a hot tub which both overlook

Spa review only: I joined a few of my friends today for a birthday celebration. We arrived around 30 mins before our appointments the ladies who checked us in said enough to make us feel welcomed. I was very much disappointed seeing that it was my first time at this particular spa. The salt room was down & the jacuzzi was also down. After paying almost 200 dollars for a massage it was not worth it all, the lady who conducted my massage was ok. I feel like today was a waste of money. My body is aching & I still feel stiff. Don't waste your money.

This is a solid Ritz Carlton. The rooms themselves are very nice and outfitted with a Nespresso machine. The amenities are great, including a huge gym with a ton of equipment and nice pool with hot tub. In the lobby they also have a different snack bar every afternoon.
There are also a couple of really great lounges at the Ritz:
- The Punch Room: A speakeasy style room located on the 15th floor of the Free appetizer and a glass of their homemade punch, which changes every day. To follow, you can order from an extensive list of creative cocktails. Only drawback is they are only open Wednesday

This review is about the spa.
This was my second time going to the spa. My first time wasn't great, but I wrote it off. It's also been awhile so I figured I'd try again.
It was my boyfriends birthday so I booked a couples massage. The only appointment available was at 6:30 pm which was great because we got to use the amenities beforehand and then could shower before our late dinner reservations elsewhere.
When we got there there I roamed around before finding an attendant, which didn't really bother me, but felt kind of off based on some of my other experiences. We relaxed

Talk about money well spent. Yes, lots of money, but all worth it. My girlfriend and I booked a couples massage as a little staycation on a rainy Sunday. We checked into the spa hours before our appointment and used the pool and saunas. It was such a treat. Since its on the top floor, you get great views of the city. The massage was amazing and just what we needed. Loved our entire experience here!

Love this little restaurant and the location. You can sit at a table overlooking the pool of the Ritz-Carlton or next to the beach. Or server was very nice and helpful. I ordered the chicken fajita which was topped with a delicious and colorful mango salsa. The kids meals were awesome and were perfect for picky eaters. The food was a little expensive (kids meals $15, about $25 for an entree), but the ambiance and location of the restaurant was well worth the experience.

A solid 4 stars. I have spent too many nights at too many Ritzs to call Charlotte 5 stars, but it is nice.
#1 Location. You can't beat it, especially if you aren't familiar with the City. It is smack-dab Downtown and the Concierge Level is 5 stars.
#2 Hospitality. The care the staff gave was about the best I have experienced. It seems RC is dropping the ball on "Ladies and Gentlemen", but this location missed the memo. I LOVE being greeted by name and knowing I am cared for. 5+++ stars.
#3 Spa. Most of the reviews are from locals enjoying a day or afternoon at the
