I never write reviews, but my experience was too good not to share! I was very embarrassed to smile I was that unhappy with my teeth discoloration. I have been afraid to visit the dentist from having trauma from past experiences that have been unpleasant, so I am so thankful and grateful to have found Dr. Leo Aghajanian to give me results where I feel confident in my smile again. He and his staff are beyond friendly and make it an overall great experience. Update: Dr. Aghanjanian called me, personally apologized for my experience, and explained the extenuating circumstances behind my visit. Based on what he's told me, I believe what I experienced was due largely to the office being severely short staffed because of COVID. Because I expect that the office atmosphere will turn around shortly, I've changed my rating from 3 to 4 stars. That said, I'm still planning on looking for a new dentist in order to get a fresh start somewhere else.

Great experience. Polite, kind, and concerned about your welfare. Dr. Leo explains everything which I really like instead of just being poked. He was very concerned about my pain level as he numbed me which most Dentists do not care. Not judgmental about the level of your care to your teeth and makes it a pleasant experience. The best thing I can say about it is I actually looked forward to going because I felt no pain and I came out with better teeth. I think the office will become too busy with his skill set and will be hard to get appointments eventually so I recommend to get in now. Alas

We recently moved here in Glendale so it is hard to find a good dentist that you can trust. We were so happy to find Dr.Leo. The place was very clean especially the equipment...everything was sanitized. From the receptionist, dental assistants to all the doctors..they were all professionals & they will make you feel comfortable. I even hold one of their assistant’s hand because I was so afraid of injection & the whole time she was trying to comfort me. They will treat you like a family. Can you believe that it has been three years since I first walked through the doors of Dr. Aghajanian's dental practice?! I decided to update my review and provide a, hopefully, more comprehensive perspective than my previous one was.
The office is clean & features top notch equipment. They make sure that everything is hygienic, well-organized while still evoking coziness. They provide free bottles of water when you come in but I wish, purely out of environmental concern, that they would provide paper cups instead.

We all know that our dental health is very important but I find myself avoiding dental offices when I'm unable to find a dentist + staff who have pride in their work and great bedside manner.

After 9 months I feel very confident recommending Dr. Leo. It starts up front with Edith who runs a very accommodating office. Scheduling is easy and I've never once waited more than a couple minutes before being brought back (6-7 visits). Dr. Leo is patient, thorough, gentle and easy to talk to. I've even fallen asleep during a root canal. X-rays were a bit uncomfortable though. I've also had two teeth cleanings and she is great - pleasantly direct and seems very thorough.

Okay, so no one really likes to go to the dentist.
When I was seated and they started doing x-rays, I felt like I was having a mammogram done on my teeth with the awkward positions that I had to bite down on the instruments. I literally said to myself this is why I don't like coming to the dentist.

Dr. Leo and his staff are super patient and friendly. I came in for a crown for a chipped tooth, and although scheduling was a bit of a hassle, everyone at the office made me feel comfortable since it had been a while since I'd seen a dentist.
The front office attendant (sorry I forgot your name) is definitely the MVP of the place. Due to my schedule I only had limited availabilities for my temporary crown and then permanent crown procedures, but she worked around my schedule and even called me from time to time to let me know when appointments had been cancelled for me to slip right in

Had few dental procedures at this place earlier this year, and was very impressed by their professionalism. The most important thing to mention is the fact that they did a root canal procedure on one of teeth and I didn't feel absolutely anything during the entire procedure. No pain, not even a needle sting. This means that the doctor has a very good skills. Will be certainly coming back here whenever I will need a dentist.

The staff and including the dentist are unprofessional. The tooth pain might be hard to stand but the this dentist will make it worse.
I dont wish anyone to have the horrible experience as I did, they overcharge and will not solve the issue. Very rude and unpleasant experience.

You are not telling the truth or you don't know the truth. I initially took out my DEBIT CARD to pay, your office assistant said if I pay CASH I will get a discount. The cash was real so was the horror you put us through. Unprofessional, rude, and no apology.

Where I had a problem and won't return is that Dr Leo missed many problems with my teeth that a subsequent dentist found and couldn't believe that the prior dentist didn't inform me of them.
Also, Dr Leo's hygienist allegedly did a deep cleaning a month before I went to the next dentist and again the dentist couldn't believe I had a deep cleaning a month earlier.
So, I had to pay for another deep cleaning because Dr Leo's hygienist evidently didn't do the job properly.

My wife and I moved to LA a few months ago and needed a new dentistry office. After seeing the good reviews, we scheduled first-time appointments and were both immediately impressed by the quality of care, service and efficiency of doctor Leo and his assistant (their hygienist is very good too!). It can be tricky finding good dental care in a new city, but we both see ourselves as the office's newest, long-term clients. Really impressed.

The atmosphere here is peaceful in a way that can only come from good, honest people enjoying what they do. I recently went in with a tooth sensitivity and instead of immediately numbing the area needing work, Dr. Aghajanian found a way to work in a slightly different way to both not cause me pain and save me a day of having a numb mouth. Thank you for not just resorting to the usual numbing process when it wasn't needed! I look forward to my dentist visits with Precision. Thanks for being excellent!

I went to Precision Dental based on the Yelp reviews and had a very pleasant experience. Leo Aghajanian DDS is a great dentist. He took his time to inform me of the details of my procedures so I knew what to expect. I always felt I was being taken care of by a true professional. The staff is wonderful. Everyone there has a positive and pleasing attitude. It's a small office and I always felt like I was being cared for as an individual and not just a nameless client. I highly recommend going to Precision Dental.

Dr. Aghajanian has done multiple treatments on my teeth and I have never had any problem during and after the process. He takes the time to explain the treatments in details and make sure the process goes smooth. He is very caring and professional. The staffs are also very supportive and friendly. Leo is the absolute best dentist out there! I used to hate going to dentists before and never imagined myself looking forward to any appointments that are for a dentist. And here I am. I am very pleased with Precision Dental. I had 4 extractions and some fillings done with Doctor Leo Aghajanian. The staff is always so sweet and professional. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure each visit is as pleasurable and comfortable as can be! Doctor is also very professional and personable. He always makes sure to connect with his patients on a personal level. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a long term dentist.
