Dr. Lim is a native of Los Angeles and has been practicing dentistry for more than 20 years. He attended USC for his bachelor's degree, Doctorate of Dental Surgery (he graduated first in his class), master's degree in craniofacial biology, and specialty degree in orthodontics. He received more than ten merit-based scholarships and was chosen to provide sportsguards for USC athletes.

It is the only ADA-recognized certifying board for the specialty of pediatric dentistry. Dr. Cho was amazing and so was the entire office staff. My toddler son was having his first visit and he is not a fan of having people in his mouth. He completely lost it, I had to hold him while they brushed his teeth and he screamed the whole time. I felt so bad and kept apologizing. I was mortified that he would scare the other children, but the entire staff reassured me that it was ok and they were all so patient and understanding. Not to mention, the office is absolutely spectacular 🐠🐟🐡🌊 with the coolest fish tank! My kid loved that part 😅

I took my 5 yr. old son to his dentist and he found cavities and an abscess, so he referred me to a dentist that specializes with children. I went to that dentist and he took 5 minutes looking at my son's teeth, no x-rays and he said that he didn't have an abscess that it was only teeth pushing down on his gums it just didn't feel right, the dentist had showed me that abscess. So, I decided to look up a pediatric dentist and I found Smiling Sea Pediatric dentistry. Once we got to the office, they took x-rays and found the cavities and abscess.
