Sales and installation went great but the owner won’t respond to my request for after sales service. The gate no longer locks automatically and I’m terrified that my toddler will drown because he got out of the house and someone forgot to double check the gate is locked.
What’s the point.of a warranty if they won’t make themselves available to honor it.

We had life saver pool fence install a pool gate at our house, as we had a new child and wanted to make sure we took every safety measure we could. The team was great to work with and I recommended them to my parent, who also had a good experience. We ended up needing a quick latch fix several months later and Joshua Parks was prompt at coming out and fixing the latch. We appreciate the great communication, which seems harder and harder to come by these days in general.

Pool fence gate was not installed properly by John Ford.
Gate is visibly not lined up with fence-- is crooked at the latch and does not latch closed automatically as it's supposed to... he drilled the gate holes off lined with the existing fence.
He suggests that I have to adjust the latch w a screwdriver every few weeks to get it to close automatically.
I asked him about it to ensure it's still safe and will be secure for years to come and he assured me that it will function safely. This is not true at all. Our kids' safety is being jeopardized.
After a short time if the gate

Very professional install! Came out to give a bid and three days later installed our pool fence in one day and it looks amazing. The product itself looks great and better than competitors products. The price was higher than the other two quotes we got but the products he used just looked nicer and the install itself seemed safer. We have a retaining wall he had to go up so there was a 2ft fencing difference between the ground fence and the retaining wall fence and the transition was seamless and safe compared to what the competitors were talking about doing. These guys were awesome! They are professional, polite, respectful, and pay very close attention to detail! My pool is now safe for my kids AND the fence looks great!! I was referred by a friend to use another company to do the fence but they never called back. I called Life Saver and they answered immediately, got out to do the estimate very fast and were able to book my install appt within a reasonable amout of time. I am so glad I used them instead of the other company. I highly reccommend them!

John and Eric installed my fence today.. my wife and I are thrilled. We did not want a fence however with a new granddaughter and an aging dog that falls in every week we realized the need for safety to protect our loved ones.
The fence looks great, and Eric and john were professional and took great pride in there work.

Fantastic service and installation. Several other groups weren't sure how to span wall areas at my place, or secure the fence posts to decking. Lifesaver had confident solutions to all our challenges and used a diamond cutting drill to minimize damage to concrete, and secured posts through deck with sturdy metal pipe secured in soil sometimes 8 feet below the deck so everything feels solid. Great product, especially the gates, which are smooth and self close securely. Friendly and timely installation service. AND they matched everyone else's prices despite the extra effort they went to

I recently redid a section of my cement walkway around our pool and needed three new holes drilled in order to put up a section of my fence. Steve was able to come out the same day I called him. To me that was very important so I could secure my pool preventing my grandchildren from access it. Steve did the job in a very short time was courteous and cleaned up the area after he was done. I would recommend Steve to my friends.

Unfortunately, I had the opposite experience with John. He missed our appointment and managed to be late for the rescheduled appointment. He talked about his company and what he does as a one man show as being the top rated pool fence company in the area he raved about have 5 stars on yelp although only 8 reviews by that time. He said he is the only one who answers his reviews? I told him he only had 8 the other companies had well over 300??? He also compared his product with others by stating he provided a more superior product as the "standard" so when it came down to pricing he said

He came out on a weekend to give us a quote, and he showed up twice to do the install (rain prevented the install the first time as it was so wet that the deck couldn't be marked, so he scheduled a weekend install... on New Year's Day no less). John and Steven were both awesome on the day of installation - very personable, awesome workers, and just overall great to deal with.

We needed a fence for a new construction pool in order to pass the final inspection. I contacted a few pool fence companies. John and Jeff came out and gave me a comprehensive estimate and showed me what the material was made of and so on. (note: some companies don't even want to come out and just want to give you an estimate over the phone.) Both John and Jeff are very pleasant guys and were easy to get a hold of and answered the phone even as late as 9pm. Our 10 month old started crawling so the boss told me it was time to fence in the pool. Had three companies come out for estimates and went with John from Lifesaver. They weren't the cheapest but based on the quality of product and professionalism I gave them the job. So glad I did! They came when they said they would, had everything needed and did the install without issue. The fence looks awesome and exactly what we wanted. They put everything away like they found it and cleaned up after themselves. The quality of the fence and arched gate are top notch.
