A few weekends ago I came to eat with my children and and wife. Our waitress Haley was the nicest, cleanest, fastest, and most dedicated waitress I have ever had. I have never been more impressed with a retiring staff member. Please give her a raise. We left her a $50 tip which was well deserved. Even the food the amazing! I will definitely be back.

Me and my wife started coming here at the beginning of the summer, and pretty much came every Sunday for brunch. The views, food, and Rhonda our server, was enjoyable. Today was our worst experience at any restaurant. The past few weeks with the onslaught of bees has been bad. But today, we ate inside. There were hardly any servers today. However, we were seated next to a large group. The one trashy woman there was cackling and being so loud we could not hear each other or enjoy our meal. So we spoke to our server and she was apologetic. The woman, who was the manager, could not be more apathetic

Went with some friend's on a Sunday night after they hosted us on their boat. Our friends have been here before and really enjoyed the food.
I'm sorry to say, this was not our experience today.
Ticket time to get our food was well over 40 minutes (I'm being generous. It was probably closer to an hour).
When we finally did get our food, one person's food was room temperature. So, they probably prepared it first and had it just sitting until the rest of our food was prepared. When we told the waitress, she initially said "well.....its cooked."
They did remove that item from our bill.

Very poor experience. Firstly the noise level was very high. The room is very "live" so with the TVs, the music, and crowd noise it was nearly impossible to have a conversation while waiting for our meal. And we waited. And waited. And waited. Granted they were busy, but a group of 8 who was seated AFTER our order was taken got their food while we (2 people) still hadn't gotten our appetizer. Finally after 40 minutes our meal arrived but still no appetizer. Our meals were dead simple: wraps which a competent kitchen should have been able to whip up in 1 minute. No explanation for

What a great lake front location! It has a very welcoming vacation like vibe about it. Both the inside and outside dining areas are comfortable with terrific views of the lake. The food and drink options are very simple to upscale with fair prices. The wait staff is welcoming and attentive. A location that you'll want to frequent. Looking forward to our next visit and future upgrades that are planned.

New ownership doing it right. Went for Easter brunch. The foot was good, the omelet ordering was nice, they gave you a beautiful cart to indicate your talbe, name, and what kind of omelet you wanted. This was so relaxing and the omelets were really good. They saute'd the ingredients before adding the eggs, not like raw ingredients stuck in a flipped over egg some places do. The easter bunny was there for pictures and they handed out candy bags but not JUST candy bags, each one had a finger puppet in it. We still stop in to Fairmont Shores when we can. They're a really consistent restaurant in the area when it comes to food, drinks, and service. I also think they're one of the cleaner restaurants that's following proper COVID precautions.
On our most recent visit, our server, Rhonda, was fantastic. She was quick and kind.
To drink, they had a limeade cocktail as a special that I ordered. It was nice, refreshing, and not too sweet. They also had wines and bottled beer if that's more of your thing.

Nice view of the lake on the patio. They are doing their best to social distance into the patio and have separate entrance and exit points plus hand sanitizer available. Good food choices and big portions. You could definitely split. I had the strawberry salad which was food, maybe too much lettuce in the salad ratio of stuff to lettuce. Would go back

They remodeled and did a nice job. It's very loud though. If you're looking for a quiet spot this isn't it. We sat at the bar which worked well for us except the bar tender wasn't attentive. At least ask once if we have everything we need after food arrives. I got up and got my own napkins. The burger and fried shrimp were decent. I'd go back and try it again.
