Services
A $25.00 per month pet fee will be charged for each pet and is due on the first and late after the 5th. A $150.00 per pet non-refundable fee is required to be paid at move-in before the pet(s) can have access to the apartment home. Resident agrees that only the pet(s) described and named below will occupy premises, up to, but not exceeding two (2) pets per apartment.

Landlord constantly has an attitude. Landlord & maitence people are too busy forming friendships & chattering than to do their jobs. You can never get ahold of anyone. Nothing around here gets fixed. You could call 20 times (no exaggeration bc I've done it) and no one will come to fix it or bother to call you back. If someone does bother to come, its half done & will need fixed again within a month. Laundry is constantly coming up stolen and nothing is done to try & get it back. They have cameras but don't want to fix them. Oh, and dont forget about the drama. Cops are here constantly. I recommend
